When a customer reserves items in advance, don't tell them they don't need said number of items because you have someone else coming for them. Example: I reserved 2dozen furniture pads in advance and then was told you probably won't use all of them and someone else is on their way to rent them. You only need a dozen. Well according to my movers we really needed the 2 dozen.

the whole process went very well. As usual, I found U-Haul to be an excellent value and reliable. As noted on the other comment, please have that trailer checked for the brakes, they were grinding quite badly and might lock up on someone.

I rented a motorcycle trailer on line, several days in advance. There was no motorcycle trailer available. The uhaul people at Sunrise gave me a different trailer (a more expensive trailer) for the same price as the motorcycle trailer! Worked perfect.
