I put the gas to the gauge where it was when I picked it up and I have my receipt. The lady at the drop off location still charged me for gas. That’s dishonest and poor customer service.

After-hours drop-off was easy and quick.

Sharon RSeems like the Florida site could be more willing to help customers with request vs just saying something is not available (esp. When it is in plain sight). In this case i would have been more at ease with the trailer option that was not even offered. Not my best U-Haul experience.
