Tell them to wait in the shade if there is a line out the door to drop off or pick up. Also, have two people in the office processing accounts when it gets backed up, since the office at this location is much smaller than elsewhere.

The attendant took this trailer off my car at 105 pm which is exactly 24 he after pickup. Why did it not show check in until 515 pm which I suspect is their close of business.

We needed a van for a small move. Specifically, to move a bedroom set from our home to a Home for the Elderly. Sunrise in Riverview was the only U-Haul with a number of vans which met our need. The people at Sunrise were understanding and helpful. We highly recommend them.

Vehicle was extremely dirty. I needed a vehicle so had no choice but to take it. I do not understand with Covid how a vehicle is not cleaned and wiped down. The pick up looks like it hasn't been wiped down since it was new.
