Make sure that items are available upon pickup such as a moving dolly

CHRISTOPHER GThis location is hard to get to and I dropped off after hours so I don't really know about the staff. My issue is that I chose online check in with the app, that is more confusing and a longer process that in person. I ended up just going inside! That app needs to be simpler!
Marcus SIt wasn't clear at all where to park the truck when I got there, so I just used the first space I could find. The location is an old former gas station & repair garage. Looks a bit beat up and run down. "Skeevy" was the word my wife used. One guy came out and acknowledged us and told me it was okay to leave the truck where I put it and to turn in the key to the office. Went inside and there were two other employees, neither of which acknowledged me. One was on the phone behind the counter and never looked up. The other wrapped up with the previous customer but I guess the customer didn't realize he was done so he sat around waiting for a few more minutes while that employee stepped outside for something. I stood there just waiting until that employee came back in and saw the previous customer still there and told him he was good to go. He finally said something to me and asked if I was dropping off a truck. I said yes and handed him the key. He said he could email me the receipt, which I was good with, and left. Overall, drop off was easy. Customer service skills need a little more work,
Michael QDid not have all the dolly’s I reserved, not sure why there are reservation options when they aren’t going to be reserved for you. Requested 2 furniture dolly’s and only got 1.
Carl VI recently rented a vehicle from this UHAUL location. When I drove to the location, the van's second door did not open up and I was unable to use it. I called the location and they said unfortunately it is broken and was not fixed.
JOHN AI always use this location to rent uhaul trucks, get boxes, etc. The owners are great people!

JULIO ROrdered an appliance dolly and 2 regular dollies, they didn't have the appliance dolly and got a hard time asking for another utility dolly.

Joey FThis is the 3rd time we have worked with this location for Uhaul rentals. Dereck is always helpful and friendly. Equipment and accessories are always available and in good shape. Highly recommend Sunrise for uhaul.

VICTOR RIts a former gas station, very busy with customers. Discussed tow dolly malfunctioning quickly, they didn't care. Requesting a refund placed by this location of $6.75. Tow dolly straps and trailer itself in same condition as received damaged and defection, not functioning properly. Not happy with U-Haul.

CESAR RWe rented a 15' truck to be able to tow our Jeep. Loaded the truck to discover the electrical hook up did not work. I called Riverview and was advised to call the phone number on the sticker! I refused and drove the truck back to Riverview to be replaced. Thankfully we arrived home safely, but trust in U Haul was certainly challenged. We had to replace the truck which entailed unloading and reloading. Also discovered the original truck had a flat inside tire. I asked why the truck had nit been checked for the electrical connection and was told " we can't check every truck."

Patricia MWhen we picked up the truck, the driver's side windshield wiper arm fell off the truck. We told the staff about it and they put the wiper arm back on the truck. When using the wipers later in the day the arm fell off again. We spent hours working with Uhaul to dispatch service to our location. Uhaul service ultimately replaced the wiper arm and the wiper motor. We were delayed by 4-5 hours due to the necessary wiper repair. Also, this location told us we could drop off the truck at any location but they did not tell us we had to notify Uhaul first so that caused delay when returning the truck. Uhaul and this location should make sure these trucks are checked out for safety and operation prior to to the release of the truck. This would save money and time and would improve customer satisfaction.
