DANIEL AAgain….face to face people that U-Haul is blessed to have working for them…well done. To U-Haul as a corporation….unethical, greedy, manipulative. Shame on you. Your staff is amazing and deserve better
HILARY GRude customer service told us we had a 20'truck call us the day before said sorry we don't have a 20' ft truck but have A 15' foot an hour away same price. Would not recommend this company to anyone The cost of the taxi to get there was 120.00 50.00 for gas paid the bill just got another bill what the hell is wrong with this company
Mary SLocation was a farm. There was no clear spot to park and no one was coming around to help. I parked the trailer where they had a horses rail and I took pictures of the U-Haul sign. I did the drop off through the app. No problems.
Bruce DNothing to improve really. People were very ftiendly and made my experience fast and easy. Its a bit far from where I was but completely accessable.
Gerard NBooked it 6wks in advance. Requested a pickup in Winnipeg, 2 days before they said I could pick up in Kenora 3 hrs away, I said no way, the next day the only one they could provide was 30 min. Out of town. They could only confirm reservation 1 day before pick up. Then the trailer plug wasn’t working, no right turn signal, but I had to take it, that’s all there is available Horrible experience , hopefully never again

VIDYANAND AVery very small yard, especially with the recent excess rain events and overland pooled water. They could expand the yard with more gravel. Agent wasn’t present but processed my return very soon after she got back. All good.
Dan WI was told when I drop the U-Haul off that I could call the one 800 number and I would get money back from putting extra fuel in so I called and they told me that they will not give me any of my money back so I’m very upset about my whole experience with U-Haul
Alene TExplain to the customer what the proper drop off and billing procedure is. Don't make the customer wait a week before e-mailing them the bill.
RUDOLF HEnsure that basic add-ons such as blankets and/or dollys are available for pickup. Additionally, the truck was not in working order and required immediate maintenance. It was fixed at a service centre in Winnipeg nut later dispalyed more safety issues.

Robert BAs per my booking I was supposed to be dropping off the truck at the Steinbach location which is 5 minutes from my new home. There was no address details on the contract so called the 1-866 phone number to be transferred all over Canada and then told I had to return the truck to Angola which is over a half hour drive away. Most unpleasant experience after spending all day moving house.
