There is no office and the paperwork was done outside in the cold. Otherwise the person was very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Very very small yard, especially with the recent excess rain events and overland pooled water. They could expand the yard with more gravel. Agent wasn’t present but processed my return very soon after she got back. All good.

I was told when I drop the U-Haul off that I could call the one 800 number and I would get money back from putting extra fuel in so I called and they told me that they will not give me any of my money back so I’m very upset about my whole experience with U-Haul

Explain to the customer what the proper drop off and billing procedure is. Don't make the customer wait a week before e-mailing them the bill.

Ensure that basic add-ons such as blankets and/or dollys are available for pickup. Additionally, the truck was not in working order and required immediate maintenance. It was fixed at a service centre in Winnipeg nut later dispalyed more safety issues.

As per my booking I was supposed to be dropping off the truck at the Steinbach location which is 5 minutes from my new home. There was no address details on the contract so called the 1-866 phone number to be transferred all over Canada and then told I had to return the truck to Angola which is over a half hour drive away. Most unpleasant experience after spending all day moving house.
