i feel bad for the rental lady she had a hard time figuring out all the fields to fill out! WHY DO YOU DEPEND ON STUDIP WAIST OF TIME TEC, BS, WHY DO YOU MAKE THE SIMPLEST THING 10 TIMES HARDER. it probably some 20 yr old Tec nerd thinks his inventing the next big thing.
