The girl that rented it was very pleasant but in the end she gave me a truck that was covered in snow and the muffler was not connected to the header pipe. It was extremely loud. It’s the only one they had I had to have a 26 footer for what I was moving I was stuck. It was 7 o’clock at night 5’ degrees and I had to fix the exhaust the next morning before I drove back to Boston. I would like a phone call from customer service 508-4500333
