The inside of the trailer was dirty. It should be swept out before renting it to a new customer.

Dawn CPicking up the truck was a 30 minute process because something was wrong with the technology (internet, laptop, connection). The truck's steering was very loose. The truck wandered about the road. Keeping the truck within the lane required constant adjustment. This truck should never be made available for a long-distance rental.
