Booked moving boxes, mattress protector, protective blankets and a dolly to move. Did not receive mattress protector, any of the boxes and was shorted two blankets but I asked for 24. Woman said she would credit my account, it did not happen.
Pepper RMight tell your customers that your trailers need a 2" ball i steady of a normal ball.of 2-5/16". Then the trailer didnt have a plug for the lights. Drop off location was amazing. Lady worked her but off but still needs more help with uhauls?
SEAN HI'd use this location again in the future. I opted to pickup the keys in-person instead of going contactless. Pros: Very friendly and helpful assistance. We were in and out very quickly. Con: I reserved a hand dolly and they were out.
