Dawn CPicking up the truck was a 30 minute process because something was wrong with the technology (internet, laptop, connection). The truck's steering was very loose. The truck wandered about the road. Keeping the truck within the lane required constant adjustment. This truck should never be made available for a long-distance rental.
Rex POnly frustration with the rental is that I contacted the location in New Haven and somehow our reservation was changed to the North Anthony location. Wasn't very happy to have the extra drive time to the other location.
