Sean NVERY HELPFUL THANKS
Albert BFloor of truck was dirty. More importantly, pick up was scheduled for 8am when store opened. Worker who opened the store didn’t get there until 8:20. Posted hours on store were 8am…
Darren BEmployee was very friendly and knowledgeable. The truck was there and easy to access. The main issue was that I had reserved an appliance dolly and a regular dolly, neither of which was available at the location. This would have made it impossible for me to load the truck. Eventually, they found dollies at another location that I was able to drive to.
