The location was fine. The before/after hours pickup options on the app did not work at all! Customer service wait time was over an hour on the phone and over 45 min via chat. We had to wait until the business was open so that the rep could call U-Haul and get it checked in manually. Took an hour and a half of our time just to get started.

PHILLIP SReserved for 9am. Paid two guys $30 per hr to help move. When we arrived to pick up truck, it was not available for online pickup. Had to call the owner who had to respond and then spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to check a truck out that had already been reserved online. I feel Uhaul owes me a partial refund for $30 of lost labor fees.
