PHILLIP SReserved for 9am. Paid two guys $30 per hr to help move. When we arrived to pick up truck, it was not available for online pickup. Had to call the owner who had to respond and then spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to check a truck out that had already been reserved online. I feel Uhaul owes me a partial refund for $30 of lost labor fees.
