Horriblr experience returning the truck. I checked everything out through the process online after parking and went to drop the keys off but there was no Dropbox, only a box with a code! Spent over an hour trying to get a hold of customer service while my ride waited for me. Drove to another uhaul location to try and see if they had any reps. But no luck. I eventually got through to customer service and got a code for the box. Lost about 2 hours throughout the day dealing with keys. And then after talking to the rep, I told them I added a few miles looking for another location for help, but even after all that I still got charged. Very frustrating when all I needed was a Dropbox for the keys or the code. Such a simple fix if it only worked online like it should....Warren T.

There is no support at this site. The website took a half hour to obtain the code for the key. I spent around 4 hours trying to return the truck. The website and app did not work, the chat provided no help and the location offered no help. I would have been charged overtime had I not reserved for 24 hours. I had to leave the truck and take the key home with me and return the next day.. I was finally able to obtain the code to return the key and was able to provide photos by email. I've already sent an email describing my displeasure.Cory C.
Came in early afternoon. He was immediately unhappy that I was bringing a truck to his parking lot and told me he had nothing to do with U-Haul. He directed and flagged me to park the truck in a spot that was overhung by trees. Told me he wouldn't accept my key despite the fact that there was no key drop (only a combination box). I called customer service, who gave me something to say so he would accept it ( "[name of Field Manager] will come pick it up") and he did. I don't care that much as this was just the closest location to drop off a one-way, but I am sharing this feedback since I really didn't like not being sure if my return was going to work out and be accepted. Between this location and the disregard for my reservation, I am for once having misgivings about U-Haul after years of using and recommending them. I had been an enthusiastic fan until this move.Robert K.
Answer your phones. I had to wait one hour to connect with U-haul on the phone. The drop off location was a convenient store who had no clue how I could do a key drop. I left the moving truck there and kept the keys since I could drop them. I had my daughter drive me to an actual U-haul establishment 5 miles away where I told them of the circumstances of my drop off experience. They called their district manager and he told them to have me leave the keys there and he would take care of it ( both locations were in his district). Seriously, the worse service experience that I have had in my lifetime (I'm 63 years old).James L.
It was very difficult to get the code to turn in keys. We sat on hold over 45 min to talk with a very helpful operator who with much determination was able to get a code from a manager.Trisha G.

The mobile app wouldn't work on my phone for some reason. The truck was hard to pull out as it was jammed in between bushes and another truck. And Uhaul charges way too much for mileage. Not worth it. Will use another service next timeelizabeth S.
