Was charged 71 miles only traveled about 25 miles. They just told me receipt would be emailed so didn't look till I left. Would not recommend using this location.

So, the last review appears to have been written by an impatient person. The people in charge took a little bit to get through learning, but they were kind and very helpful. With more experience, this location can get up to speed, I'm sure. Took me 15 minutes to get on the road with my U-Haul. Very convenient location.
MANUEL DTerrible, didn’t know how to check someone in, I did the pre online check in and it still took 30 mins at the counter for them to finish and give me keys after he talked to 3 different people for help. Down right terrible.
