To drive to the road with the truck it took a long time. The truck was ready to drive. Other trailer was attached which I didn't request it But overall was fine

When i got to the location to pick up my truck, a mobile login one wasnt there like I scheduled. So I had to drive to another location. I scheduled days before, someone could have told me it wouldnt be there ahead of time vs waiting my time and gas.

Judi PWas charged 71 miles only traveled about 25 miles. They just told me receipt would be emailed so didn't look till I left. Would not recommend using this location.
Shelly WSo, the last review appears to have been written by an impatient person. The people in charge took a little bit to get through learning, but they were kind and very helpful. With more experience, this location can get up to speed, I'm sure. Took me 15 minutes to get on the road with my U-Haul. Very convenient location.
