Please have better personal who can be training when answer phone alot of them are not training and complicating the whole situation. Also for some reason the system is always down which is complicating the costumer to pick up the order something it happen to me the day i had to pick up my truck. Overall horrible experience

The only problem I had was I ordered a dolly and the guy didn’t let me know that it was available let me leave to only find out it wasn’t available then he told me to call the 800 number to cancel I did just awaiting my refund.
Antonio RI usually rent from U-Haul and have never had any issues, but this location is completely different—they clearly do not take care of their vehicles. The minivan I rented was in terrible condition. It was full of cigarette ashes, and I even found a plastic container with cigarette butts inside. What makes it worse is that my original reservation was for December 4, and I changed it to the following day, so I don’t understand how the van could be rented out in such poor condition. On top of that, they gave me the van with an empty gas tank and still expected me to return it with gas. This is completely unacceptable. I hope U-Haul takes this feedback seriously and pays more attention to the quality control at this location. Regarding the company itself, U-Haul’s customer service team was very kind. Someone from customer service called me, I explained the situation, and they issued me a $50 refund. I’m still unsure if they will reimburse me for the fuel issue.
DAYANA BI loved how convenient it was!!! The mobile app to pick up and drop off was very easy to understand and follow through. I needed to extend my reservation and I was able to do that too. I'd use the service again! Thank you for making the tedious job of moving a little more manageable.
Alex GWas charged $66 fuel charge. After I fueled it to the 1/4 tank i was told to when dropping off. Thats a lot of money to be charged after doing the right thing. This place is a scam
CLINTON ASeems like this location had recently come under new management. The staff member was incredibly polite and helpful although some of the extra equipment I had ordered online wasn’t available. The staff member made a call and shared that the missing items would be removed from the reservation by a third party and refunded but that doesn’t seem to have happened.
