Not the best, not the worst
Patrick EUnit reserved unavailable Received larger truck but CHARGED EXTRA for the bigger vehicle, drove 3 miles and the gas light came on. Unreal
WILLIAM HBad customer service. I tried to resolve a simple issue where I overfilled the gas tank (returned Full instead of the required 3/4). Support told me a manager would look into it, took my receipts, and made me wait a week. The answer was a flat 'no.' Why make me go through the formal complaint process just to refuse a reasonable request? They are happy to take your extra gas for free but won't offer a dime in credit. Very disappointing experience.
