Bad customer service. I tried to resolve a simple issue where I overfilled the gas tank (returned Full instead of the required 3/4). Support told me a manager would look into it, took my receipts, and made me wait a week. The answer was a flat 'no.' Why make me go through the formal complaint process just to refuse a reasonable request? They are happy to take your extra gas for free but won't offer a dime in credit. Very disappointing experience.

Edwin MPlease have better personal who can be training when answer phone alot of them are not training and complicating the whole situation. Also for some reason the system is always down which is complicating the costumer to pick up the order something it happen to me the day i had to pick up my truck. Overall horrible experience
Josue CThe only problem I had was I ordered a dolly and the guy didn’t let me know that it was available let me leave to only find out it wasn’t available then he told me to call the 800 number to cancel I did just awaiting my refund.
