They had to change our time due to some unforeseen situation, which caused us to change everything with extra cost - the movers, elevator bookings and etc. I didn't get compensated for anything either.

The drivers side power mirror was not working when I got the vehicle. Please fix that. I like this location - very close and convenient for me. I am a long time Uhaul customer. Happy with the vehicles, value and service.
