This location has marked down the wrong mileage and I have been overcharged. They are difficult to be in communication with as well. When I finally was able to speak to a manager, they acknowledged the error but claim they can not update my account because the U-Haul website was down. I book the rental online. I included 2 dolly. When I went to pick up the truck, the person in charge never showed me the inside of the truck, which was weird. When I got home to start loading, there were no dolly, then I called the rental location and they told me they are short of those items. The 10 foot truck has no ramp and the person I spoke to didn't told me that the 10 foot truck doesn't come with ramp, so I'm have a hard time putting all my stuff in the truck. They should tell their customer about the sizes of the truck that comes with the ramp but they did not. This customer service is not good because the client don't have any idea what type of truck comes with ramp. They are not knowledgeable of what their doing.martin C.

The van was so dirty on the outside. Windsheild washer was empty. Had to stop and clean the wind shield by hand. The steering was very loose with way to much play for a van with only 6500 miles on it. Intetior had a foul smell. All and all, very nice couple running the place. But with only 2 people there service is very slow when they have a few customers there.Anthony L.

It took over an hour just to get a truck even though I put a request with all my information for that location online already. When I got to the location, 2 people at the counter were trying to process my order with no success. It took them about an hour to figure it out. Finally, after he figured it out, he was going to offer me a truck with low air tire pressure and told me how there is a sensor issue with the truck about the low tire. I told him I don't think it's a sensor issue, there clearly is low pressure on the tire. So then he went to try to get me a new truck, which took another 10+ minutes. He told me I can return the keys after hours without any problems, just drop the key and the box. So I took the truck and returned it later on that same day. Put the key in the box like I was told to do. But unfortunately, I was charged for 2 days instead of 1 day. I then spoke to someone on the phone which they hung up on me, then I spoke to someone else who actually helped me and sent me back the proper refund. So overall, the whole process that I just went through was very not pleasant or easy.Eliran B.

The truck had gravel n dirt, I had to lay down comforters on the floor not to get my furniture dirty. The location was good but you lose a mile driving in the back to get the truck and bringing it back. Took 5-10 mins to do return, it's a process, got soaked. Disputing charges for cleaning fee since I returned the truck the way I received it. I had to sweep some of the dirt. Going through a 72 hour review process for uhaul manager to call me back.Dezerine M.
Location should close the ticket right when vehicle is dropped off and not two hours later after the customer is gone. I have requested at time of returning the vehicle to verify and close the ticket but it was totally ignored. I have rented with U-Haul in the past and never had this situation. Also, I ended up getting charged $.20 more per mile than published rate.Henry B.

Pick up took over 45 minutes to complete the â€œeasy self check inâ€ it made me drive to truck get the truck number get approved which took at least 10 minutes after I uploaded my passport picture. Then after we're approved we have to drive back to the office to pick up the truck key. Quite complicated process when I could've just checked in with an agent in person. And to drive back to the truck to find out there is a tire air warning on the dashboard so had to have truck switched out. Total waste of time. Wouldn't rent from this location again.Jessica Z.

You are charging me USD 25 for cleaning a vehicle that was really messy and dirty Why should I pay for that, I add a picture to the contract and still, you are trying to process a payment. U haul sent me to another location where they didn't even have trucks... I had. I one to take me back to the correct location.. my phone was dying, I took a uber there and I had to take another uber to the correct location again. Mind you I kept calling them and no one answered the phone in mid afternoon Friday... but when I got to the correct location the rep was very friendly which made it a little easier to deal with...yuencheng A.

Chris and Nicholson who helped me get a last minute rental were AMAZING! Went above and beyond. Truly appreciate them. My main issue is with the â€œmanagerâ€ Bianca. Rude isn't the word. She clearly has no idea I've been in customer service the past 10 years and know exactly what a successful customer experience is. When I dropped off the rental, unfortunately that was not it. I had called to confirm my drop off time and first thing I got was attitude. I decided to not address it on the phone and handle it in person. Even wen I arrived, I said to myself â€œIma just drop off the keys and not even get into it with miss. Miserableâ€. Where she messed up was when she decided to tell me that she couldn't check me out because she was busy. Excuse me!? First of all she was sitting in front of a labtop. I don't care what you got going on via a labtop. I am a customer in ur store dropping off wanting to know how much my charges would be. She continued to say she was busy and wasn't gonna do it. I had to wait two days for my order to be closed and charges finalized. Really unacceptable especially because it takes no more than 5 min to do a walk through. I found it unbelievable that people like her are in customer service and it's unfortunate that amazing workers like Chris and Nicholson have to be under the supervision of someone who just doesn't care. Clearly she needs Jesus or a man in her life to make her smile. I'd say Jesus for sure. I hope she finds her way to a job that suits her best. Because of her, I will NEVER go to this location again and will def advise my friends not to as well.Krizia P.
