I orders a appliance dolly, dolly wasn’t in stock I still payed for the dolly and I’m u sure if I was properly reimbursement, the uhaul rental was done over the phone at the location site and information regarding reimbursement was unclear. This made my move more difficult.

Took almost an hour to complete my reservation, which was pre-reserved online. During the pickup, found out all the items requested weren’t there. Representative sent me to another location near my destination after us having to suggest a way to get the missing items without telling me who to contact. Upon arriving at the second location, still didn’t have the other items in my reservation. Original location didn’t call 2d location to confirm they had the missing items. Was told at the 2d location I shouldn’t have even been charged for the missing items. 2d location was great in helping. Original location didn’t help with anything. Representative said they would call back after speaking with a manager about the issues, but didn’t. Poor communication, poor service.

The clutch in my truck had went out while working over in Moses lake. It was extremely stressful as that is 3 hours away from my home in Idaho. I called to see what options I had to trailer my truck home. The owner of the U-Haul location in Moses lake was very kind and professional. His willingness to help me figure out the best option to get my vehicle home safely was outstanding. He even went to a different location in Moses lake to get the trailer I needed and have it at the location closest to the hotel where my truck was parked. Highly recommend!

I booked online to save time however it was as if I had not. They were not ready even though I had a 9am appointment. They had me on hold to correct some filing issue then I had to ask to move other unit so I could hook up. They were pleasant enough, just duaorganized. As for the unit, you call the trailer a toy hauler and even asked me what I was hauling however the ramp system is not designed to handle a side by side (which is a toy...) They are too far apart. I had to use additiinal ramp for safety. I heard they only made 1000 of these? Good, stop making them or create a better ramp system. It did tow fine and handled the weight without a problem. My dropoff experience was easy enough with a sigb directing me where to park and the ease of your uhaul app it was a positive end to a dissappointing experience in general.
