The computer program was so much a disaster. It dropped my transport trailer from my reservation. Luckily, the UHaul personnel helped me find another one available.

Took almost 2 hours to get truck rented. I already had confirmation #. Very awkward standing in middle of convenient store with uhaul rep re- filling out stuff on laptop.. truck odometer did not match? Uhaul rep called his manager and was told it's OK for me to take truck that he would fix error? Truck was very dirty and window was covered in baked on bugs. Spent 20 minutes cleaning off windshield to remove bugs so I could see..
william rI left the truck with a quarter tank of gas (120 miles showing to go) yet was charged $20 . I took a picture of it, unfortunately blurry but one can tell enough to see where the gauge was at. I’d would like a refund on the gas. I wonder if this is a common practice???

Larry MI understand that a trailer can still be used even if it has damage not affecting its structural integrity. That was the situation with this trailer. The damage had already been marked by UHaul so we weren't worried that we would be blamed for this. Everything was fine. The staff was very friendly and courteous both picking up the trailer and then later when I returned it. It's a bit tricky for them to run a gas station AND to do rentals and check ins at the same time, but they seem to be handling it just fine. Some waiting was required. But we aren't nervous/impatient people.
