I originally ordered my haul days in advance at the location closest to my house. The day of the reservation, It was switched to another location causing me to drive an extra 15 miles round trip out of the way. I was late for my event due to this. There were 2 locations of U-Haul on the same street. I stood in line at the first one where they then told me my reservation was down the street at the other one. When I asked if they could move my reservation there because they had plenty of trucks and I was already there, they told me no. So I went down the street and when I got there they were closed for lunch and told me "there's a mother u-haul down the street". Where they had just turned me away from. I then had to wait another 20 mins to have this all sorted out and get the truck, Very inconvenient and had to pay more for the extra miles than I originally planned. I use U-haul at least once every couple months for work events and I have never had issues like this before.

Lisa Nthe location was awesome, except they had no supplies to hook up the trailer. And your online order gave me the oppurtunity to order a bunch of stuff that I could have utilized.... But it didnt arrive in time, so I had to go buy it again. Your wasted order is sitting at an old address, and I am not there to return it. So the location was great, but UHAUL ONLINE ORDERING STOLE FROM ME, RUINED MY EXPERIENCE, AND i HAD TO SPEND AN EXTRA 200 DOLLARS. SELLING ME SOMETHING THAT COMES AFTER MY PICK UP TIME WAS A RIP OFF, AND TOTALLY RUINED MY EXPERIENCE.

Anthony Ttrailers running lights were out on the left side. u haul still rented me the trailer and had roadside assist help. roadside assist couldn't fix it, so I had to take it into fontana and pick up a new trailer. Needless to say, I was around 5 hours late to my destination. That being said, the 2nd trailer towed excellent.
