Horrible. No customer service. Owner (I guess) refused to get up from the counter to accept the trailer. He told me I had to take his key, unlock the gate, park the trailer in the rear of his nasty yard, close the gate and locking, return the key. No service at all. Place is dirty and looks unsafe. Do UHaul a favor and remove this location. This gives the company a bad name. I wouldn't rent from this location if the units were free.

i dropped the truck off 3 hours ago and was told i would be emailed with the charges that i owed . still have not gotton an email. ive never had a uhaul rental place do this before always been charged before i left . i was given a approximate amount on paper but not my out the door price . i called and had to leave a message did not receive a return call

The yard is all dirt and has some broken glass. The loading process wasn't very professional and they almost hit my truck trying to attach the trailer. They used a dolly to lift the trailer and the ground was uneven. Would not return to this location.

Extremely slow and the owner charged my credit card for insurance that was declined on the online order. It took more than half an hour for him to get it removed from the order. It was the same thing that happened with this owner back in 2011. I did pick a different pickup point but evidently there were no trailers available there.

The Wi-Fi was down and they had to redo the contract remote. They made an error on my contract that caused me a great deal of inconvenience. Fortunately the Las Vegas Boulder Hwy uhaul employees were very patient and willing to fix the problem along with the agents who handle problems over the phone.

Rude, asked a homeless guy if he knew how to hook up a trailer. When I told him I didn't want the guy near my truck and that I could hook it up myself, he acted like I was an incapable female and said policy was he had to do it. Wasn't policy when he was gonna have some dirty bum do it. Upon returning the trailer, the lot was unlit and he had nothing to direct me in a pitch black yard. I backed the trailer up and he decided he wanted it 5ft over, which was basically impossible because there was another trailer directly in front of me. Had to jack knife it to get it the 5ft he wanted. Not my Job to organize his small yard in the dark. Never have I experienced this kind of treatment, and I will never rent from this location again. Rude, demeaning and condescending are not what I expect to get as a customer

Not in a good area. Dropped the truck off. But took the key as there was no one there and I didn't have a phone to complete the return. Now I get an email saying my card has been charged an additional 9.70 - no explanation! If this is a gas charge that's not right. I took a picture of the gauge when I picked up the truck and returned it with the same amount!

When I got there it was the only truck no personal was not able to self check out would not allow me to complete luckily the owner came back to his store for some reason he checked me in and charged me another 42 dollars I wouldn't of been able to self check out because of your U-Hauls mistake

We had a reservation to pick the car up in Palm Desert, not Banning, some 38 miles from our planned pick-up site. We wasted nearly two hours picking up this truck out of our market and bringing it to our home, not to mention the fuel involved for the truck and our car. The Banning dealer was excellent, but the "bait and switch" by U-Haul was a joke.

I selected this as my drop off point when making the reservation, but they weren't expecting my return. Also, because a certain staff member wasn't working that day there was confusion about how I should drop off. Then they helped a customer who came after me and it wound up taking me over an hour to return my trailer. I had my 3 year old with me, so this was frustrating.

He charged my Aunt card not mine. I need her card refund. The previous customer took so long and then did not have enough credit and asked pay half. Tat was an hour of authorization on phone. The guy at the place does not know how to run the computer. He asked like 4 phone number? So by the time he got to me tells me the reservation expire? His fault making me wait over an hour I asked what was the point of reset,Prepaid on my Mom's card ?? If you give away the truck?? So the orginal confusion begins . He charged my Aunt Claudia , instead of my mom card or mine . He also did not have my truck and gave away my spot after making me wait an hour. ,he only gave me a half tank of gas. Miscalculated the milage. In fact. I would like a refund or split in gas. When return the truck. I cleaned it. When I return it he did not check milage with me , he was leaving and the same guy ironically that was in front of me on Friday came back at same time. He took that guys truck. ECT. And took the keys. No receipt. His store was locked like 2:30 ? Or 3:0?? I returned the truck and got charged something is missing???? My Aunt is furious as she will get a interest charge. Can we fix this ? I sent email . Not realize that I had to click the link. Ugh. Thanks. Can we please refund my Aunt card ? And I'll repay and I'd like a review on whole trip. Thanks. The hotline is great.. This guy at this location is a joke.

Customer service was poor and the truck gas gage was not ture as soon as I drove of the lost the 3/4 tank dropped drastically. I told this location that I wanted to use the truck for the day and they still told me I had to return prior to the 24 hr mark. Will not use this location or recommend this location for a rental.

Rented out a dangerous uhaul with faulty tires. Made it barely 20 miles before my tire blew out in the middle of the freeway. Never got to use the truck for my rented purpose and still got charged. I paid for the safe travel insurance and still got billed even after I explained to uhaul in detail how the truck felt dangerous from the beginning of my rental. Sat for hours before I got any help from them and was lied to about getting a refund for faulty equipment. Never using uhaul and their dangerous trucks again.

Worst customer service ever they guy is Arabic and he was rude throughout the whole process he has no respect at all he needs to get trained to deal with customers not just that when I was there someone called him to rent a car dolly and the customer couldn't hear him because of his accent and he responded with oh you can't hear me well I can in other words deal with it , so that made me realize he wasn't just a duck to me but to everyone .

It was communicated to me via email that the truck and tow dolly were to be picked up at the same location, when I went to pick them up, I was told that the truck was actually at another location that would not open for another 90 minutes. This was frustrating. I filled out all the necessary info in order to "check in ahead," but when I got there, I had to fill out all the information again, saving no time at all, and adding another 30 minutes of wait time.
