While my experience with this location is very good. The previous two locations I was sent to because the item i reserved was not on-site at my pick up time is absolutely ridiculous. I reserved a call hauler 2 days before I needed it. Called the beaumont location and confirmed the trailer would be there. I arrive at my time of pick up and the trailer isn't there. I had a job scheduled and was late due the poor management of the beaumont uhaul location. With that said the gentleman at the 521 Ramsey location was great. He helped get the equipment I needed and I was on my way.
