I completed the rental information on-line. When I arrived to rent the truck, I had to complete the information again. When I indicated I would be returning the truck after hours using the on-line check in, I was told there would still be a $20 fee. The gas tank was empty when I picked up the truck. My usual experience renting vehicles is that the tank is full and the renter is expected to return the vehicle with a full tank. The right rear tire was low. When I tried to fill the tire while getting the gas I needed, I discovered that the tire pressure needed exceeded the capability of the air pump. I eventually was able to fill the tire to the needed pressure. I believe the location is doing its best, but is probably not receiving enough support from corporate. I blame corporate for these issues.

Coordinate staff scheduling to accommodate customer needs. The customers that were in line already had pick up or drop off dates and times. There should be staff to accommodate the demand.

Shawn LWhile my experience with this location is very good. The previous two locations I was sent to because the item i reserved was not on-site at my pick up time is absolutely ridiculous. I reserved a call hauler 2 days before I needed it. Called the beaumont location and confirmed the trailer would be there. I arrive at my time of pick up and the trailer isn't there. I had a job scheduled and was late due the poor management of the beaumont uhaul location. With that said the gentleman at the 521 Ramsey location was great. He helped get the equipment I needed and I was on my way.
Justin COwner was very slow and I had to insist to receive my receipt of return.
