The guy who helped me was very grumpy and impatient. I had a hard time understanding him, and he refuse to repeat himself. He removed the trailer from the truck but the experience was one of difficulty and lots of arguments, when I just needed help. My car was on the trailer and he said he didn't offer help to remove my car. So his helper there helped guide me to drive my car off the trailer.
