How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey told me I couldn't take the trailer off my U Haul truck and I had to drop off trailer first before off loading my truck. WASTED 1 1/2 hours after driving over 1,050 to my final destination. Then I found out there was a tool I could of used and that I could of taken the trailer off and made only one trip!!
robert cOnly problem was passenger mirror was loose kept flipping outwards so I couldn’t see to change lanes had to duct tape it so it would stay where I could use it . Other then that worked great

matthew aI completed the rental information on-line. When I arrived to rent the truck, I had to complete the information again. When I indicated I would be returning the truck after hours using the on-line check in, I was told there would still be a $20 fee. The gas tank was empty when I picked up the truck. My usual experience renting vehicles is that the tank is full and the renter is expected to return the vehicle with a full tank. The right rear tire was low. When I tried to fill the tire while getting the gas I needed, I discovered that the tire pressure needed exceeded the capability of the air pump. I eventually was able to fill the tire to the needed pressure. I believe the location is doing its best, but is probably not receiving enough support from corporate. I blame corporate for these issues.
