what concerned me was the lack of consideration for my time...I was waited on promptly but the owner would leave me and attend to another customers then return to assist me and if another customer arrived, he would once again leave attending me for the other customer...so for this reason I will never return there...not sure anyone cares....AP

I will not EVER recommend U Haul. I called to change my pick up time to 10AM and it was changed to 10PM. I couldn't get my original time of 4PM back. All they offered me was $50 off. I expected a larger discount especially since U Haul is a major chain a 25% to 50% discount for my trouble would be no problem.

We rented the truck at Super Bargain in Banning CA. A Mom and Pop store The gentlemen was very slow on the computer while his wife patiently stood by him to assist him. The entire process took 45 minutes

This location is banning was good, however the Redlands locations needs help on all there areas. I was on the phone three trying to get this equipment over 7 minutes. Then each time they didn't correct why I called In. When i went to pick up waited 1 hour and info was incorrect. I had to go to above location to get equipment.

The customer service man shown no interest in us as we walked in. He was waving hand gestures as we though didn't speak English, pointing directions for us to move here and there. He was not very professional.

We used the mobile check in to avoid interacting with anyone due to the Corona virus. When it came time to pick up the keys I thought it would be a simple matter and I'd be on my way. Instead the guy who ran the uhaul pickup was rude, unhelpful, stubborn and had me there for an hour cycling through the same steps over and over. He tried to double charge me and wouldn't listen to the fact that I had a confirmation number/email showing I had already completed the entire process and paid! He yelled about it and when he finally got on the phone with corporate, (due to my constant suggestion) he wouldn't even apologize after they told him that I had already paid. I would never recommend this location and I get the feeling this happens all the time here. After he took my information for the third time to complete the transaction I knew I would be monitoring my credit to make sure my information wasn't stolen.

The contract process was very slow and took a very long time, as the owner was very slow in entering renter's information. It took way too long! Once the contract is signed, you have to do your own walkthrough of the truck. You have to check to make sure the truck is clean, check mileage and gas level, and if there's any discrepancies then you go back to let them know; otherwise you can drive off if there are no discrepancies. An estimated hold charge will be placed on your credit card. Upon returning the Uhaul, it was also a very lengthy process to calculating the final mileage, checking gas level, cleanliness of truck, and getting the final rental cost. Not the most efficient experience with time, and hoping the estimated hold charge will come off my credit card account soon. They don't explain the hold charge when asked if there's a deposit, or how long it will take to clear. The man just said it's up to Uhaul.

I had to wait for the storage facility to enter all my info again. This seemed to defeat the purpose of my input and profile info (17 minutes of things covered prior to my rental).

What a joke. My son-in-law had to help move stuff on the property to get to the trailer. Of the 3 employees there when they opened only the oldest man was doing anything to help. My 8am reservation was scheduled at a shop that didn't open until 9:30am. Overall Not a good location or experience unfortunately. I did get the $50 guarantee money back for my problems but the experience at the pickup location and lost time will make me reconsider using U-Haul again. Too bad, I gave U-Haul a 5-star rating 3 months ago when I last used them in Beaumont Ca.

Everything is great. I love this location. I rent a truck often. At least once a month, and I decided that this is the place I go to now. The man is real nice. I have rented from a different location down the street and customer service was horrible. So I prefer this location the best.

we were first told me could not drop it off at this location we had to call the customer service and have the customer service explain to the person in Spanish that this was where the trailer was supposed to go after this everything was okay but it should have not been like this in the first place

Only traveled 14 miles but they charged me 6 gallons of ez fuel sales for 30$+ that's more than 5$ a gallon how horrendous. I also returned it with more gas than I needed to so what's going on here? I will be going in to establishment tommorow because I feel I'm being taken advantage of .

The U-Haul truck bed and walls were very dirty, the cab was OK. The windshield had a sizable crack at the bottom going towards the middle of the window. The trailer was brand new. Sincerely, James Lindauer

It appals me that the place “Super Bargin Outlet” ( lol) I pick up price gouges me $489 and says I'd be getting a $100 deposit back, which never happened. The place of drop off same distance but opposite directions Is $130 dollars total. This is absolutely unacceptable. You would think Uhaul would have a max of upsale they would allow the customer to charged.
