The trailer that we rented was not there when we arrived for our reservation. I even CALLED 30 mins before arriving to check on the reservation and told I was all good. Upon arriving they said the trailer was not there and that I should have received a notification the day before which I never did. Again I cannot stress enough that I called before arriving and was not told that trailer wasn't there. Super disappointed on the customer service and will NEVER rent uhaul again.

Second time I've used this location and both encounters have been positive. The same man helped me pick up and drop off the trucks I used. Everything went smooth. I will definitely return to this location if I need any equipment rental from U-Haul.

The truck was filthy, nose tissue, pop bottles in cab, food in soda compartment, food in cab. I will never use this uhaul location again. The temple uhaul services is 1000x better.

The truck i rental. Was stolen and my stuff in it the truck was found but am out of my cloths dishes. Make up towels blankets sheets winter coat its just awful feeling. I took ins .but sad to say they explain wt ins i took and wt it covered they ask u want ins i said yes didnt get any paper work saying wt was covered. So plz ask cuz i got the bad deal. I cant run to the store to replace my stuff .. If any one can donate items plz let me know 2104092767 thank you cc

I had issues with the app and was very frustrated 😞 but muddled through with the help of a customer service representative and a man from the location I was at. The issue was resolved and I was on my way back to moving.

I was switched to a new location 3 times and this is where I ended up. The owner did not do anything he had one guy unhook it and then hooked it right back up to mine without inspecting it. I actually had to hook it up to my truck. I went inside to pay and He said he could only follow what I did online so couldn't give me a military discount. I would never recommend this place.

Worst moving experience I have ever had, and I've moved close to 20 times in 30 years. My reservation was never linked to my online account so I never knew the status of my vehicle. I was then called a day before to inform me that they didn't have the vehicle size I wanted, I wanted a 10 footer, and they gave me a 15 footer. The day I was to pick it up, I was still 2 hours from pick up location they called me to tell me they didn't have a vehicle for me. I was moving my son from Austin to Atlanta, and passing through San Antonio at the time. I was furious and the dude at the pick up location in Manor, Texas had the nerve to tell me to calm down. I stopped at a uhaul rental in San Antonio and was able to get assistance from the manager who found me one there in SA. Once I got to that location, the manager was a total ass, the vehicle was filthy, and the didn't have the furniture dolly I had requested. The only positive thing I have to say was that the lady at the drop off location was very polite and cordial, would have been nice if they could all have followed her lead. That will be the Last time I use Uhaul.

I returned the uhaul on July 30th. I went inside to get some paperwork because I returned the trailer a day early. He said I would get an email with the return. They didn't do the return until the following day. Therefore, I was charged more than I should have been! Sketchy location. Yvette Stoliker

When I rented the truck he didn't go over any of the rentals. Even tho I got the insurance I wasn't told to do a walk around nor was I told to check the mileage and gas. So before I starting driving I took a picture of the mileage and gas, so I wouldn't be charged anything extra.

Representative didn't have knowledge of what he had in his inventory and kept deflecting questions of what size of moving trucks were available. He wasn't customer service savvy. Equipment was decently maintained and clean condition, for me, the issue was his attitude towards myself and my cousin.

Our experience was horrible we paid in advance over 1400.00 the general manager at the location at 52nd in kenosha wi did advise us that location may not have our equipment ,BUT DID ASSURE US THAT WE WOULD NOT HAVE DRIVE MORE THEN 20 MILES .... day before we got a call from corporate office spokesman with TIERRHA , she said we would have to drive 48 miles INTO ANOTHER STATE TO GET OUR TRUCK, SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL ONLY THING WAS SHE COMPED US 100 MILES .... which the same general manager told us we would have UNLIMITED MILES .... we hired movers we had to pay 2 days for .... when we budgeted to only pay them one day ... also put our entire trip back because of the distance of location of truck ... we paid WEEKS in advance so I feel a truck should have been held at a closer location, on drop off we rerouted to 3 different locations because they kept stating we could only leave truck and NOT CAR TRALIOR... WHEN WE FINALLY GOT A LOCATION A MINOR 17 YEAR OLD GREETED US RUDELY TOLD MY HUSBAND WE CAN NOT LEAVE THE TRUCK ... AND STARTER AN ARGUMENT ... I WAS TOLD HE WAS PUTTING ME ON THE NO RENTAL LIST.... AND WAS MAD WE DID NOT PERSONALLY CALL HIM TO TELL HIM WE DROPPING OFF TRuck ....communication between dealers and corporate is nonexistent.... I would never use uhaul EVER AGAIN ... or reccomend them to ANYONE ... I HAVE 50K FOLLOWERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND I WILL MAKE SURE LET EVERYONE KNOW MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAD ..... NEXT TIME I WILL PAY THE EXTRA 100# AND TAKE MY BUSINESS TO PENSKE. DIFINITLY WILL BE WORTH IT NOT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE HEADACHE ...

The truck had axel problems of which you could hear when turning it . Also the clerk at the diluted k deli location on par Booker was awful . He over charged on billing of which thank goodness I had taken photos of before and drop off miles .... this place does not need to be doing business for uhaul. He also over charged me on pricing

Mr. Naz was one of the most professional and helpful people I have ever dealt with in my 54 years. Anything I needed mr. Naz was able to provide. Any questions I had, mr. Naz was able to answer. Any help I needed, mr. Naz was able to provide. I used the MoveHelp through U-HAUL for our move. I requested 3 movers for 3 hours at 0800 on 6/25. Only two guys showed up and were 2.5 hours late. While they did work hard and loaded the truck, they were not knowledgeable in the art of moving furniture. When the truck was loaded, the two guys and I agreed to them coming to the new address on 6/27 between 0800 and 1000. I attempted to call their boss, Andrew of Consolidated Moving Team 210-332-3808. A lady answered and said Andrew was not available and could not be contacted because she had his phone. I told her we had people waiting on the 3 movers that I requested. She said she was going to try to help and she would call me back in 4 minutes. I never heard back from her, Andrew or the mover guys that agreed to be there between 0800 and 1000. I called mr.Naz because he told me that if I needed anything, to call him. I told him my problem and he had 2 guys at our house within the hour. Any problem we faced getting everything in the house, These guys had a solution and usually had the problem solved shortly after he told us about it. They completed the job in about 2 hours. I will call mr. Naz for anything I need for just about any problems I may come across. I can't say enough about these people. They are the the gold standard of a hard working, responsible people that make this country great. I will also recommend mr.Naz to anyone who is in need of labor.
