The service was excellent, including assistance with loading the car onto the trailer on August 3rd. However, the attitude I encountered when returning the car and trailer in my local area was baffling. I was told that I could either pay an extra $60 for help unloading the car or receive no assistance at all. Then, I was charged $200, which they claimed was a deposit for rescheduling the return to August 24th. If possible, I would like to pick up the truck and trailer from the same location where I originally rented them on August 3rd. Thank you!
