The location was not the problem, it was Uhaul. I reserved a 15' Uhaul on 10 May for a 29 May pick-up. When we arrived we were told that there was not a 15' available. We were given a 26' which was ENTIRELY too large for what we needed and we had to pay an extra $100. If a reservation was made then there should not be an up-charge for a large uhaul. And with a larger truck comes more gas. Then when I called 1800-Go-Uhaul Aidine was not helpful, a tad bit rude, and unable to comprehend why I was not satisfied.Dennis G.

I filed a verbal complaint over the phone the customer service rep at uhaul.com said my card has never been charged I have over $400 in pending charges with uhaul as we speak. I was verbally abused and told through text message I stole the truck! Worst uhaul experience ever!JASON W.

I ordered everything far in advance and was still asked the same questions by the store employee. The mileage on the website survey was off from the actual mileage and it was not updated. We were told by the employee that he knew about it but when we dropped the truck off, we were asked how many miles was actually in there. Shouldn't he have known that and made some kind of note or change in the system? This location is very poorly run & I would never get a truck from here again.Gabriel H.

The vehicle needed maintenance on the tire management system. I requested a 10ft truck and when I arrived the truck was not available and I had to use a van which was not big enough.Rina H.
I made the reservation for stone Oak. They didn't have the unit. So i had to pick up from 15 miles from my house. Resulting in a lot more miles. The guy at the location told me to leave the unit at 281, and he was going to pick it up. But i drove there and they told me that if I leave it there it was going to be doble charge. So I had to drive again to universal city. More miles. I was supposed to get a discount. Never did. Would not use Uhaul again.Carlos G.
The gas was not full at pickup but I was expected to return full. The truck was dinged up everywhere but the photos/app showed otherwise. I was unable to dispute any of the photos in the app. The tpms on the truck had an issue and the light remained on during the entire use of the truck even though all tires had proper air.Charles D.

The trailer that we rented was not there when we arrived for our reservation. I even CALLED 30 mins before arriving to check on the reservation and told I was all good. Upon arriving they said the trailer was not there and that I should have received a notification the day before which I never did. Again I cannot stress enough that I called before arriving and was not told that trailer wasn't there. Super disappointed on the customer service and will NEVER rent uhaul again.Corrie M.

The truck i rental. Was stolen and my stuff in it the truck was found but am out of my cloths dishes. Make up towels blankets sheets winter coat its just awful feeling. I took ins .but sad to say they explain wt ins i took and wt it covered they ask u want ins i said yes didnt get any paper work saying wt was covered. So plz ask cuz i got the bad deal.
