Thomas DThis was literally the worst U-Haul I have ever been to in my life. The truck was so dirty I was literally sneezing the entire time I was in the truck. The alignment was hilariously off. That drive it on the highway was damn near impossible then they didn’t have a dolly, on top of that I’m 99.9% sure that they messed with the odometer because they said I went 100 miles in the city it don’t make no sense in two hours it really don’t make no sense like I do not understand. This place needs to be shut down.

MATTHEW HI was billed incorrectly. I’m disputing the mileage and fuel. I turned in the truck early and only consumed 30 miles and with a full tank. I want a fair bill or I’m revoking credit card charges and nobody gets paid.

kelvin gI have rented from Uhaul many times in the past and they always came outside to do a walk-around to make sure that all lights work and the equipment is hooked up correctly. The person at this store was not helpful in that manner during pick-up nor drop-off.

Michelle KMy stereo equipment was stolen in a locked van I left overnight there. I’m very very certain the manager had an extra set and had someone come by to take the stereo. You have a thief as a manager there. There was no way he wasnt involved. 210-862-0485 is my cell. Call me !
