I would not recommend this location, when I picked up my truck, a young guy name Bobby waited on me, he wanted to argue with me on what uhaul told me they just needed my license , not the drivers of the truck license, he told me his boss will back him up, he called his boss, and his boss backed me up and said I didn't need the driver of the truck license. I rented the truck until 4 on Saturday, but my movers was running late, I called uhaul and they extended my time until 6 with no charge. I notice my card was charged for an extra day, so I talked to Bobby again and he was argumentative about the charge, yelling at me. I told him I will call uhaul and handle it myself. I will not go to this location again.Debbie S.
No one was at this facility when I attempted to return it. Called U-Haul toll free and was told by an automated voice there would be a 38 minute wait to speak with someone. Left name and number and no one ever called back as call center promised. Had to download app and then figure out what to do to self deposit. It wasted 1.25 hours of my time. I should receive at least a partial refund as a result of horrible customer service.William H.

Eventually I got what I needed, but the phone number was wrong and the website only listed a different location. I thought dropping off wouldn't be a problem, but I won't use amateur U-haul sites again. They are awful.Paula K.

I have rented at this location twice in the past few weeks. The associate that assists people is about as friendly and personable as a Turnip. The last time I rented, the store was locked and no-one was in site. I called U-Haul, they said the clerk went to the store and will return in 10 minutes, this was 30 minutes after I arrived. 10 minutes later I called the number on the sign and got the owner, and completed my trailer rental over the phone, which was much better than having to go to a different U-Haul location. I hope the owner is able to get better employees soon.peter R.

Did a 6 hour rental on a 10 foot truck. Truck was not ready when I got there so it was 35 minutes before I got out of there. I returned it 30 minutes early. Was suppose to be around $60, but got charged $3,075 because someone messed up mileage. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back.Andrew E.

I arrive to pick up my trailer, only to find the store closed and 5 other customers on the phone trying to figure out what's going on. I get ahold of the manager and he says "we don't have anyone at that location, come to our alternate location." I said "you called me at 0800 to verify id be here at 1000...im here where are you, what happened?" He didn't answer, simply repeated his first statement. There was no explanation, no apology for inconvenience, no discount for inconvenience. Unprofessional, unorganized, and unacceptable. On a positive note, the guys were super laid back. So what can you do to be better? Have the store open, have the purchased product ready.alexander J.

The attendant on duty did a good job. He had to call his manager multiple times and the manager kept saying he'd call back and didn't. The location does not inventory their supplies and I had ordered them online. Took 45 mins to get my 12 boxes. When someone is moving they usually have a timeline. Picking up a truck and supplies probably shouldn't take an hour when no one else is there. I won't be back to use this location.Chad S.

Worst experience ever. No one is available for assistance when you need it, and they try to withhold your refund for canceling a reservation you paid for in advance. I would never recommend this location for service. I was charged for mileage, insurance, and equipment rental fees. I didn't even move the truck from it's parked location and I cancelled the reservation because the equipment I was charged for wasn't even provided to me. The truck was dirty and the A/C was broken on it. The location is terrible, with trucks parked on broken glass.Jonathan B.

Trailer did have a quick link chain connection and he said oh just make it work. No one was there mid afternoon when I returned the trailer so I just dropped it off. Asked for 10 foot truck, got 26 footer. Did not need one that big. There were two 10 footers sitting in lot so don't understand. Paid for two furniture dollies and did not get them. Got a utility dolly instead. Will definitely let people know my experience and how bad it was.Patrick M.

I ordered a appliance dolly at least 6 weeks in advance and when I went to pick up the truck there was no appliance dolly available. Their excuse was â€œthe dollys are in short supply and basically 1st come 1st serve.â€ The truck smelled horrible and I was afraid to sit in it and touch the steering wheel. The customer service and service in general sucks and they are unapologetic about it.SHANDRA S.

This location is awful! I had a pick up time of 7:30 am. No one bothered to show up. When I did get the truck over an hour later, there was no furniture dolly in it. I was of course still charged for it. There was also an ain't infestation in the cab. I am not only disappointed in the service I received but also with the fact that the person who manages that location has not reached out to me. I have used U-Haul many times in the past and have never had these issues. I definitely don't think this location is a good look for U-Haul at all.Amy S.

Office was locked and vacant during posted operating hours. There was signage indicating "self service location". Vague instructions. Called your 800 number - waited on hold over 20 minutes, then left with the trailer as Uhaul had 100% of my funds transacted on line. When finally got someone on 800 line, I needed 4 calls and 2 hours to find that trailers were not "self serve", only trucks and told there was no alternative but to return the trailer to your location. By this time the labor I had contracted to load had completed loading, requiring me to UNLOAD, then return trailer where I found YOUR EMPLOYEE. He quickly completed the contract and I then proceeded BACK HOME AND RELOADED THE TRAILER. A one hour job took 3 hours, double expense, and untold stress. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Also, your customer service line takes 20-30 min or more to be answered. This is also completely unacceptable. My only conclusion can be that Uhaul is is financial disarray and I will look elsewhere in the future.David N.

Nobody was at the location during pickup, yet the building was totally unlocked. The phone numbers were unresponsive. There were no indications about what to do besides a small sign with check-in information. The website and their app crashed several times during check-in. The key was in the back of an unlocked truck rather than being secure in any lockbox. This was no better when I dropped off the vehicle, forcing me to leave the vehicle in the parking lot after dropping the keys in the lockbox.Nicholas W.
