See above. In addition to the above comments, we didn't know where to park when we drove in to the place so the man in broken arrow was rude to my son. He was just rude period.

To expensive for just renting a van for a couple hours. .79 cents a mile is ridiculous. I have rented for u-haul a bunch and I remember they used to do veterans discounts. Not sure why they stopped. However overall the manager took good care of me.

This is the second time where I’ve dropped off equipment and been charged more than what I’ve rented the items for. The first time they said I never returned it until a couple days later. I told them to look at the cameras and verify that they were wrong. They called back and apologized and mentioned it was the fault of a new employee. The SECOND time was last week and the same location manager told me I could drop the trailer off ANY authorized location. I did. Now I’m being charge almost $200 for a trailer I used less than 24 hours. Get your act together U-Haul and provide better customer service. Im very irate and not satisfied at ALL with tulsas 51st and 169 location. I expect a full refund and an explanation of why this keeps happening. The truck was ready and clean and ready to go when I arrived, Great! When I returned the truck later I park the the truck to go inside the office to complete the paperwork. I was asked by an employee if I was returning the vehicle and I replied that I was. His exact words were "Then I'll move it the hell out from the front of my gate". I didn't know exactly where l was supposed the park the truck upon return but I can promise that that will never be an issue again. I will NEVER give UHaul another penny thanks to that employee. Intended on paying with cash...After speaking with 2 live uhaul agents before picking up truck, nothing was mentioned about a $100 refundable deposit fee if paying with cash. Payment methods/fees/deposits should be communicated more clearly beforehand.

Check in took forever because the U-haul guy seemed confused with the software procedures with the previous customer. He entered information and then reentered the same information because he erased what he had entered previously. He seemed overwhelmed with more than two people waiting for service.

This location is cleaner than most other locations I've been to. Candice(?) was exceptionally helpful in getting our auto transport trailer ready for us, with the help of Michael, her associate. I called her towards end of day as we were running later than expected, however she assuaged our worry over being late on returning. A really great experience.

I have rented from this location several times before but this was the smoothest and most pleasant experience yet! The manager and Michael gave great customer service and the truck I rented did its task!

In order to rent a vehicle, you have to park across a very busy street and walk back across to get the truck. No crosswalk and the attendant didn't even offer to pick me up. I understand there is limited parking but this is bad customer service. I won't be renting from this location again due to this issue.

The lady working the counter was very rude. Told me I had chose online checkin and I needed to do that. Told her it wouldn’t let me. I guess this meant she would have to do her job cause the she threw her pen down. I asked her was she having a bad day she said no the pen was just loud because it was plastic told her she had been rude since I walked in. She then got my truck and I asked was my car okay where it was parked she told me I needed to park it next door because the were closed. I drove my car over there and parked in the first non handicapped spot. She brought the truck over the but only to the entrance and walked away with out saying a word to me or doing any kind of walk around the truck. I will not be going back to this location strictly because of her. Yes I may need to walk for the exercise but when it’s 30 degrees out why am I walking 100 yds to park my car next door????
