My original location was switched to here, the person helping me was AMAZING, but I wanted to be able to talk to a uhaul person/ ask questions.... not a gas station attendant. (But again she did PHENOMENAL!) The whole inside of the truck was caked with mud handles, steering wheel, seat, seat belt.... and the whole front of the truck was infested with ants!!! Didn't see a single one until 100 miles into my haul!

Carlos RThe fuel gauge did not match what U-Haul showed on the final scale I took pictures the former Customer posted it was full on the app it was not U-Haul charged me 11.25 extra for two gallons of gas how many others have they robbed this way wil not use services again

Maria IThe condition of the equipment is no reflection on the employees of this location. The truck was ok but not the easiest to drive because of the wear and tare it had taken. The staff was very professional and helpful. Roger went above and beyond to help make my experience as easy as possible!
Michelle DU-haul trucks are used for a multitude of uses and long haul trips are one of them. That being said, your trucks should have cruise control to make the driving experience more comfortable for the user.
