The original reservation was made at a full-service u-haul facility located at 7650 Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge, LA 70814. Instead of being sent to the location selected, sent to a Tire Place that only had one u-haul on property. Unprofessional and they struggled to get the paperwork complete and I ended up doing it on my phone. It took more than 30 minutes to complete as they were unfamiliar with what needed to be done and unsure of each step. Very disappointed in the service when picking up the U-haul. Had I not had movers lined up, I would have left and looked for alternative means for my move.

Better explanation of where the doip box is located. We walked around in the dark for awhile. But overall, great. We will rent again on this Friday. Same location.
Sonia GWe returned out uhaul after hours. It is not a lighted area though the gasstation around the side of the building was open and lit so that helped. We did not interact with any staff. We used the app to.document our return. There was not a choice for not applicable so I will assume during normal business hours their staff is professional and pleasant and that it is a clean place. It was near out hotel is why we chose it.
