Took forever because gas station attendant had to help her gas station customers before us in the middle of our check-in.
Lance HLift gate was difficult to open. One hinge is rusted and broken. Steering needs service, it's difficult to keep straight.

ADAM JI was told there was no dolly for me to use but I did see one on site, the associate just told me they don’t use it. Engine light was on, but I had no issues

STEPHANIE SThis site is not properly set up for Uhaul pickup-the attendant even told us so. It was a gas station with one truck parked outside. She told us that corporate just pushed rentals on to them and she has no way to verify peoples reservations. She had to physically take my phone and look at my email reservation.
