overcharged me bc of their system glitch. I told Mgr/Betty? I refused to pay for over mileage. She found out later she had a previous problem w /the U haul in her system. Alot of Drama, Time Consuming bc of their error. The other Meg was trying to fix the problem but damn! It took forever and in the end I ( the customer) was right. I hate drama/errors !CAROLTN V.

Make customer aware of fro off options. Lid when attempting to drop off at another location, I was told that if the personnel at the pick up location had edited the contract when made aware of changes it could have been done at second location.LINDA K.

It was just that the small review mirror was cracked and there was no way for me to add that after I accepted the picture when I registered it. Everything else was fine.William J.
I had requested check in on my phone. I never received code the woman on site said I should have. The location did not have the moving pads I requested or some of the dollies . The headliner on the truck was falling down. Once the truck was loaded, it could barely get up to 45 mph. Right as it was returned an engine light came on. We have used UHaul trucks twice this summer relocating my mother. Both times, the website & app seemed much more organized than the actual locations. Both times, we had to move pick up locations because the trucks were not at the location chosen. However, the website has helped us locate moving helpers.Mike Q.

Choices of locations in Brenham are limited but this location would not be my first recommendation. We got the equipment required at the correct time but the lady who took our reservation was not very helpful or professional.edward V.

Please do NOT do business at this location. I returned a UHAUL on a Sunday at 10:12 am when scheduled at 10:00am. (due to refueling) This location charged me $44.00 at 9:59 am for being late. (Full day rate) There were 2 other trucks the same size in the yard, so obviously not an inconvenience . They were CLOSED on arrival so even used the UHAUL app to do my own check in (even though app kept crashing) I requested an explanation/ dispute for the charge, NO ONE ever offered an explanation, the location just finalized the charge. If these are their business ethics, I would hate to think of how they would treat their storage patrons. Once again, I ask, please make a stand. Avoid doing business here. -Thank YouAnthony R.

I reserved my order online on Tuesday and went to pick it up at 12 noon. The trailer was present, but the employee complained that the system was down and could not rent me the trailer despite my confirmation email and that I showed up in her system. She would not restart her computer, did not know what browser she was in when she finally tried to receive help. I wanted 35 minutes sitting there and she would not stay open later than 5 for me to get it the same day. The next day I called her to pick up the trailer even though inasked her to call me when the issue was resolved. I made sure to pay over the phone before going there and wasting another whole day bargain, I couldn't believe this was a uhaul licensed place.Philip S.

Fire the current employee. I've rented here 2 times. The trucks both times were filthy. They never have all equipment ordered and don't tell you until you arrive. I ordered 3 furniture dollies and they didn't have any. But didn't bother to communicate it prior to my arrival on my move date. Then proceed to tell me where to purchase moving dollies which I did have to go purchase 2. Extras cost from my own money. The rental office has multiple dogs and it smells like a dog pound. I am allergic to dogs and I was feeling my throat close while waiting on my contact. Then they don't pull the truck up for you to the front parking lot they make you walk to a field and get you truck yourself. Worst place to rent in brenham. She offered no apologies for the ordered being incomplete, dirty vehicles just suggestions to go purchase equipment. Then asked rudely " do you want to rent the truck or not. " uhaul is a nationwide company this is horrible.Benita A.

Organizing the vehicles might help, Signage indicating where the key drop is would also help. It's a little confusing especially dropping off after hours and it's dark outside.Catherine D.

The owner was very cordial . However, I would have appreciated a â€œtutorialâ€ on how to hook and unhook the trailer to the hitch. It was very hard to unhook it upon return because I was not instructed how to disengage it when I picked it up. A MUCH FASTER RESPONSE TIME is needed from UHaul customer support when questions from the customer NEED TO BE ANSWERED!!!!!Gay K.
I did receive a credit since the tank on the truck wasn't full, but it was almost on fumes! I barely made it a mile to the closest gas station. Unacceptable! They should have taken the truck and had it fueled prior to my rental.Charles F.

I think every U-Haul establishment should have a 24 hour drop off. The moving location Bellville, Tx had a U-Haul across the street from the house but no 24 drop so we had to drive 25 extra miles away to drop off the truck in Breham.Victoria P.

I get Covid is a thing, but she had me call her from outside the door to fulfill the reservation and was was rude when I had offered to attach the trailer saying â€œI have to take a picture of it after hooking it upâ€ Me and my brother don't prevent that from happening. Stop being rude and let someone help for crying out loud. And then there was trash in the trailer!Mason G.

I reserved the rental for College Station and was forced to drive almost an hour to another location to pick up the trailer. This is poor service. It was very cold and the rental location made us wait outside while she did the paperwork inside. Again, poor service.Moses T.

I was emailed a receipt. That is a problem since there is a confirmation statement at the bottom of the receipt affirming that I did not have an accident. Am I suppose to sign and print the receipt, set up an appointment, and drive back to the drop off location and summit it to the attendant? That is also a problem since I do not have the resources to do that. A little unusual way to do business. I have to wonder about the reason.Michael G.

I was not satisfied with U-Haul . I was to get my truck Monday. Drove over 90 miles to get truck where my stuff was stored. Got there and U-Haul couldn't find my order and by the time they found it, it was to dark to get item out of storage. So I wasted time and money. Was to get a call from U-Haul customer service but never did. I'd have used a different company but U-Haul is only game in town . Will not recommend U-Haul to anyone. The pickup and drop off locations are excellent. The company itself needs to improve drastically .RONALD R.

Assist your customers to avoid post-rental disputes by snapping a picture of the fuel level before the truck leaves the lot. It would show that you care about repeat business by reminding your customers to avoid this problem completely would be even better. I'm exhausted from my move but now I have to deal with a large post-trip fuel charge, even though I returned the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up.hollie H.
