The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do want to comment on U-Hauls equipment and the fact trailers do not have jack stands. Not sure if U-Haul elects not to add jack stand due to liability, however, I know most people would not be able to lift trailer tongue on a 6x12 trailer without potentially injuring back.
BRADY KCustomers need to double check the fuel gauge when checking in to verify what is on the paper contract. I was charged 26.50 for 11 miles of use. Seems excessive even at 5.00 per gallon
