question #3; no other haul location available. the truck definitely rode like a truck; noisy, bumpy, non adjustable steering column/wheel limited/obstructed view of road ahead. was very unhappy w/ mileage rate charge, then also having to gas up truck before the return. I hope there is never a next time I need a rental from u-haul.
