Janelle went way above any expectations! A folder of mine had slid under the driver’s seat and I didn’t know it. I looked everywhere for my Dad’s handicap placard and the truck (turned in 2 days prior) was my last chance. She was working off-site when I called and after her shift, she went to the OKC location and found it still in the truck! She called me and waited for me to meet her there. She literally saved my Dad and I so much paperwork and time!
