Gabriel DI notified the location. Check engine light was on, but truck had no issues. Also, the door seal came off when I opened the passenger door during use, not sure why. Overall, was to rent but the app would not let me log in or use the mobile pick up for some reason. Luckily the site/location was open and I could be assisted by the friendly coordinator that was on-site.
Michael SAnimals roaming the parking lot. CRAZY mud and water everywhere due to rain. Did not get the dolly or 12 blankets we requested. Still waiting on refund! And we got the truck with the LOW FUEL light on! Cmon!!

Lee AA BIG thank you to Milo in traffic for being a life saver. The original pickup location did not have the equipment they said they had. The second location was closed before their posted hours. Milo jumped in and found a location near us and we were very happy with the service at Superstition Farms. Thank you Milo in traffic 🙏

Lisa CWe dropped it off during business hours and the open sign was on, but there wasn’t anyone there to check us out. We did the self serve option using the drop box instead.
PAUL ETrailer was not secured properly by attendant. 3.8 miles after leaving the trailer came completely off the ball while traveling at 45mph. The trailer swung wildly nearly hitting several cars traveling next to me. I was forced to block a lane of traffic and reattach the trailer in the middle of the road. Extremely poor experience and almost life changing for myself or others on the road next to me.

JOE MThe trailer and transaction was fine. The inside of the store has a terrible smell. It was hard to stand in there long enough to complete the transaction.
Brian ODrop location you would never know it was a U-Haul facility. It was like part farm, and part run down convenience store. The guys inside didn’t know what they were doing. I had unused packaging materials (bubble wrap) and they didn’t know how to return it.
ADAM BDid not receive anything I asked for to help our move and make it easier. With not receiving those items I was still made to pay for them. Hoping to have a refund of some sort.

Debbie KGot charged for gas at California prices and when we picked up to guy said it was 3/4 full, we returned it at 3/4 full they said well the contract says 7/8 full. So got charged for 1 gal of gas at California prices- had it for a couple hours moving from house to storage in Gilbert AZ.

Eric DThis is the second time I have Reserved a vehicle from this location and I have had the same problem both times. When I go to do the "pick up my truck" option on the app, it says the vehicle is not ready and to contact customer service. It is highly likely that I will NOT rent from this location again. It is a shame because they are literally on the next block from my house. I need to contact Uhaul customer service to get my $50 refund since my guaranteed reservation was not ready.

Juan BTerms of my contract were poorly explained to me. After my move went longer than expected, I was informed that I would be charged for another whole day for my rental. I will not be using U-HAUL again after this extremely disapointing experience, nor will I recommend to friends or family.
Matthew CThe vehicle had bug splatter all over the windshield like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. A link was sent to my phone requesting a picture of the front and back of my driver's license. I felt like it could be an issue if my driver's license is sent to the wrong place or if somehow this uhaul location gets hacked.
RICHARD PI object to having to use my cell phone to rent a truck. I do not always carry my cell phone with me. Other locations I have used just took a photo of my driver's license with their iPad or whatever. I also did not receive a rental contract to take with me to show that I was legally in possession of the truck.
PAUL EThe flexibility of being able to pick up whenever and go through the prompts was excellent. The location was easy to find easy to get in and out of. And while I only had limited interaction with the attendant there at the end of my rental he was friendly helpful. I will look to rent from this location specifically again in the future.

Finlay RI love how nice and accommodating they are. This place is nearby and love this place. I rent U-hauls often for my staging business and will only rent from Superstition Farm now.

Reginald DI tried calling this location multiple times because I was horribly wrong with my estimated rental time. No one answered, the call went to voice mail, but the voice mail box was full. Otherwise I had a good experience.
