Philip PThe vehicle was mostly clean, however had some small coffee spills near the drink holders. As well one of the lights was damaged that I noted upon pick up. More importantly I rated this way as the photos showing where the keybox were are outdated and not clear. Suggest details on where to find the key boxes be in the app or more clearly outlined. And finally, my BIGGEST complaint was that the truck was blocked in and I had to manually move around tow trailers, AND call for people to come help move a heavy one, just to get out of the parking lot. I ended up spending more than 30 mins just trying to leave with the rental I was already paying for. I was extremely frustrated that I was blocked in and as it was a Stat holiday I couldn't get a hold of anyone to address it.

colleen gI most definitely will rent from this location again. It is run by great people who are helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to rent any U-Haul equipment. I will do business with them again. Just wish I could give them a 10-star rating.

Raymond HThe fellow who showed up as I was returning the trailer was rude. I parked the trailer the same place where I picked it up. And the same physical lication where I hitched it up. He said 3 x if I had “common sense” you would park it over there and not where I did, and that it was never parked where I returned it. He was rude then said that’s ok I have to move these myself all the time. If I was to park it where he wanted it parked they should have told me. Felt very disrespected.

Ingrid NThe tank was only 1/4 full. It was recommended that we fill it to 1/2 (which cost $100). We returned it basically at a 1/2 tank, so a $100 loss.

Andrew STell the people who lie that they had to clean out the back of the truck to stop with the scam! I was very angry to find a cleaning charge of $25 and the truck was clean! There was only 6 items in that truck no boxes or papers and when asked for the pic to prove I haven’t been sent it yet so it will not be paid unless this is made right! I also noticed online this same place has had the same problems before with this cleaning scam!

Michelle BThe rental process was relatively smooth except for the location pickup. It changed from Leduc to Edmonton, then when my husband was at the Edmonton location, we got a call that the pickup location had changed back to Leduc. That made for extra travel for us and it was very inconvenient. Then when my hisband got back to the Leduc location, the attendant there said she had expected him all along (in fact, as early as the day I made the reservation).

Trent MI've been using U-haul lots , from different location , and the service was always surpassing excellence . At this location , the first day of location was very good , but at the return , the German lady swear at me , screaming , confronting , very rude at the point that myself I just about lost my mind and smash everything in this place . Shes a crazy woman .The other employees were very professional and explained to me the invoice very calmly even if we disagree but remained civil . I will still using U-haul , but never at this place and I won't recommend this place to no one .
Alain DOur truck had cut wires that impacted the break lights on the towing trailer, but the team at this location was incredibly accommodating and even had a representative meet us at our home to fix the problem. We were really grateful for their dedication to getting us on the road and loading up the truck so that we could move across the country the next day. 10/10 would recommend this location. They really cared about us and about getting us on our way.
Rikus NAll four tires on this trailer were bald and down to the wear bars. Had to take it to Kal tire on my own time to have replaced as I was travelling 2600kms- this location was not helpful at all and even said because I purchased the highest packages “to just call roadside when I have an issue”. This trailer shouldn’t have been rented out to anyone in that state, let alone someone travelling 2600kms. 10/10 do not recommend this location
