How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe owner Phil and his Wife were extremely rude while we were returning our equipment. Swearing, yelling and degrading as we were turning around to park the trailer, saying their tired of customers with "no common sense". Really unfortunate as the first guy to help us get the trailer picked up and hooked to the vehicle was extremely helpful, polite and quick to help. He was the reason we wanted to come back but, after the altercation with the owner and his wife, no one should ever return to this location if they respect themselves. We will not be returning ourselves.

JASON BThe staff are very friendly and helpful. Zeus , the dog, is a highlight at this office for me.The only issue I had was the parking lot is very tight. Upon return, it was a challenge finding a spot to park the 26' truck without incident or blocking entrances.
