Even though I told them i only needed the car hauler for May 15th and would be dropping it off early May 16th. The invoice stated I would be dropping it off on the 17th. My address was wrong on the invoice even after giving the rep my license, i live in Spruce Grove not Leduc. The clearance light stopped working on the way to High Prairie. I will be waiting to see if I was billed properly and that my deposit is returned.

Billing wasn’t totally disclosed. Was not told there was a cost per mile I put in the fuel I used and was charged for fuel. I was told the unit was the same price as another unit I was looking for but unavailable, but again not made aware of additional costs to use it. Wont be renting again.
