I had requested pick up at the 50 St and 128 Ave location in Edmonton. I was required to drive from that area of Edmonton to Leduc to pick up the 26 foot truck during rush hour. When i was called to say that I would need to pick up the truck at a different location outside of edmonton, i was told that i would get a discount for my time, gas and mileage.
