This place is very unprofessional, I do not recommend this place. I would watch your bill for extra charges. Definitely take before and after pictures of fuel level and kilometers/miles when renting any vehicle. I called back to ask why they charged me an extra $20 for gas when I took before and after pictures of gas levels. I got yelled at and talked down to because I was told I was wrong. Thankful for the U-Haul dispute line. Which the unprofessional guy told me to call if I had any problems with the bill. I talked to a lovely lady that I sent the pictures of fuel levels to, she returned me my money. I've rented U-Hauls before and they weren't quite as rough as this place. I do not recommend dealing with this place as there are a couple other places in Leduc to rent from. If they run their business like this with the U-Hauls, you got to wonder how they run the others paint shop business 🤔

Kyle NOverall, I am very satisfied with my experience with U-Haul. The rental process was fast, convenient, and reliable, and I appreciated how easy it was to pick up the truck. However, I was disappointed when I returned the U-Haul in Fort St. John. After I had already paid, I was charged an additional $70, which I was not expecting. I would appreciate it if you could explain why this additional amount was charged. Aside from this unexpected fee, my overall experience with the rental itself was very good.
