Customer service was a 10 out of 10 The computer system was not working properly and the Lady working there did excellent in maintaining good quality service even though the system was causing her a ton of delays

mike eWell, first of all, going to pick up a small trailer and seeing the condition it was left in from the previous renters is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Even the owners of Supreme Paint & Dent were VERY unhappy especially when they wasted THEIR time AND my time AND my families time to go and pick up a trailer and it being left in that condition. Then to top it off, the trailer lights didn't even work. So we had to drive at 1:30AM in the morning with ZERO lights makes the drive INCREDIBLY safe. NOT!!!!!!!! The fact that I may have to pay for this on my end is completely unacceptable and I will make note to NEVER ever use U-Haul again. I will be contacting cooperate office in regards to this matter. About my entire experience completely.
