Drop off location was closed when I got there, but it was easy to find, with ample parking. My only problem was in getting the online drop off app to work right, on my phone. No matter how many times I tried to share my location information, the app kept glitching. I finally gave up, because I knew I was in the right place, and I counted on y'all to figure it out.Jonathan V.

Business was closed when we dropped off although they were supposed to be open. We accidentally left a pair of sunglasses in the truck and included a note with the keys in the drop box but never got a call. Tried to stop twice at the location but again they were closed during business hours. Finally called and spoke to employee who said they never found the sunglasses.J V.

No issues with the location, but your online and app check in rates a "zero." I spent an hour on the phone with a very helpful lady. Very bad experience with the check in process exceptfor the lady on the phone: the pre-check in was useless.JONATHAN M.

The parking at this location is unsafe. Also not because of the location but because of my experience today I will not be a UHAUL customer again. The 19.95 on the side of the truck is completely misleading since it is twice that much for one day. My truck had only a quarter tank of gas making it nearly impossible to accurately replace the gas as well as inconvenient and cost me an additional $30. I had the truck for less than four hours and it cost $128. At least an hour figuring out the remote help yourself check in and check out including being on hold for 15 mins when I called the help number. I did not expect to pay for mileage on top of gas for a one day local rental. Again, I expected to pay $19.95 plus an insurance, taxes and maybe a fee since it is advertised as 19.95 per day. Instead it was a hassle and $128 for less than half a day. UHAUL had lost me as a customer.JANETLINN W.

The location is fine the online pickup and return procedures are terrible. I will think long and hard before doing that again. I wasted 60 minutes just trying to get the camera to work. U-Haul does a bad job infroming its customers how exactly one should check in on line.john B.

only complaint I have is that I needed 5 dozen moving blankets which was stated on my reservation. when I picked the equipment up they only had ! dozen and all I was told was thats all we have sorry which made covering and protecting my furniture very difficultmatthew S.

I reserved a 20' Truck )7/30/21 online from Augusta GA Broad Street location for a one way trip to drop off Truck in Columbus GA. Confirmed my reservation Sunday, 08/30/21. Showed up at Augusta GA Broad St location 8:15AM Saturday 09/04/21 to pick up 20" Truck. The staff at this location were totally unprepared. They did not have my truck ready or available. They called someone and found a replacement truck 26' in another state, South Carolina, about 30 min drive away. I had already made appointment with Moving Help to help me load my truck at 10AM. I had no choice but to accept the truck they found in South Carolina. When I arrived at the Marine Dealership in South Carolina, where the 26' truck was, the business was closed for the weekend. Fortunately, my wife was able to help me navigate thru the Uhaul Website over the next 30-45 minutes to finally get the keys to the 26' Truck out of the lockbox. Thank God the keys and the truck were there. Finally about 9;45 I was back on the road to drive another 30 min back to Augusta to get my moving started . Thankfully the moving help was running 30 min. late so I got there to my daughter's apartment to get her stuff moved. Overall I would rate Uhaul's moving experience a 1 our of 10, being AWEFUL from the People of Uhaul. The Moving Truck was acutally fine. It had not been washed or cleaned anytime lately. Uhaul is just a BIG Corporation that has hired a bunch of poorly qualified people to work for them. I will try another moving company for my next move. Used Uhaul about 4 times over the past 3 years. In the past it was not this bad. They need to improve.Thomas P.

The people inside are very friendly and helpful, however, it was extremely difficult to drop the vehicles off due to over crowding. No where to park! AND there is a sign on the door that tells you to call customer service for drop off Instructionsâ€¦.. our wait time on hold was 50 minutes!!!!! UHaul is a clusterfuck! I'll never use them again!!! No one was there when we dropped it off even though it was an hour over their lunch break. ALSO you people charged WAY more for mileage than we used. You cannot expect to pick up a truck at a location and drive to the drop off spot without cushion. Because of the diversion we had to drive further home from pick up location and this was close to his apartment but not enough. $50 in mileage is robbery. SHAME ON YOUMichelle F.
