ALAN MHave better communication and make sure the equipment is in working order without any issues. I did not feel safe the engine light was on in the truck. I ordered supplies and they were not in the truck. Just very poor service and I had to make several calls and waste so much extra time and travel to get the supplies , then uhaul charged me extra for the mileage that was their fault.
Pamela TThe location was fine. The truck was fine. (except for an annoying whine in the engine) The automated pickup process was the worst. I would only use that option again under great duress.
Nathan CWhen I requested a truck I was given a location. The location was just a grass spot. I had to go on line again & look for U-Hauls in the Aiken area. The Sutton store located in Aiken came up. They had a truck in the size I needed. I could get rental agreement in paper copy.

Brad MFix your problems. Don't advertise 24/7 when it is not supported. If a business has your product, make sure they can support your mission. When people are moving they already have stress. Uhaul should not add to that stress. Uhaul should be seamless interaction with customers.

mike bMade my reservation in Augusta but U-Haul changed my reservation to Aiken just 2 hours before my scheduled pickup time and refused to help me by giving me a discount or helping me find another truck in Augusta. This added an extra 1 hour to my move day. When I got to the Aiken U-Haul location around 11am (which said online that it was open until 12pm) the doors were padlocked shut and there was nobody around. I called both phone numbers attached to the store and nobody picked up. I was standing around outside for over half an hour on hold with the general U-Haul customer service line until somebody showed up to finally give us the keys. Very poorly run shop, they need to update their hours of operation if they aren’t actually open on Saturdays. Would not recommend either this location or the Augusta location.

Sarah BFirst time I have ever received "full service". The gentlemen hooked the trailer up all I had to do was back up and in less than a few minutes haul away! Highly recommend.
Bridget RAll was as expected. Only issue is that the 6x12 enclosed trailer does not have a trailer jack on the trailer hitch so you cannot disconnect the trailer when you arrive at your destination and use the car for errands.

renee nI wish the drop off locations would state if the location was a self service location so that a full service could be picked if needed. The location was very clean and trucks staged nicely but I had nobody to talk to in person or by phone. If I hadn't needed them due to the blanket issue from the previous location this would have been a perfect option!
Brooks BThe manager did not meet his commitment of having the truck ready at 10:00 Am. He was at the doctor and arrived at the location at 10:20 AM. I was to be in Greenville, SC at 12:00 to meet with a person to pick up a table. Had to reschedule the pick up time. Truck only had 3/8 tank. Had to stop and add gas going up and again on the way back. So mush for having a full truck for the trip. Had reserved the truck 2 days before. No reason for not having a full tank.

Constance BThe van was not clean and smelled like it had been used to transport animals. The online pickup & return process is difficult. I had an account setup on the Uhaul App but when I tried to use it to return the vehicle it could not locate my account and I was required to call customer support.

Tim GThe touchless pick up was awesome! Simple, logical and as fast as "in-person" check in with an attendant. It felt safe (not sharing too much data) and efficient - sharing location, photos, etc. all worked great.
Gerald MThis uhaul need to be washed on the outside. The chair was loading with dog hair and dust and the back floors of the van could use a mop or pressure cleaned.

TIMOTHY ESutton Marine is a great location, but the trucks were old and not maintained at all. Tie down rails were broke and the trucks were worn down
anthony fCentral scheduling could be improved (not the individual locations). Our pickup location was randomly switched by the central office to a location over an hour away from what we requested. It took two phone calls to get things straightened out. When that finally happened, our requested pickup location had the equipment, was expecting us, and was most helpful.
