Make sure U-haul vehicle is at location before allowing a customer to reserve U-Haul. The upside is, I was allowed to get another U-Haul in place of the absentee U-Haul.

I have no complaints with Swainsboro Supply they were just the pick up place. I reserved the truck through the 800 number. I would not recommend using u-haul at. I was told $39.95 per day plus mileage. What should have cost around maybe $160.00 my card was charged $258.00. Never again will I use this company and will not recommend it to anyone else.

This location has over 10 employees but only two of them can check in/out UHauls. I had a scheduled/reservation pick up at 12 noon. I arrived at 12:08 to find that both "UHaul employees” had clocked out and left. No one else could help me. One of the present employees had to call one of the “UHaul employees” and tell her to come back to help me. I waited 5-10 more minutes for her to arrive. The best part.... No one apologized!!!!!! They acted like it was a normal occurrence.

I rented a trailer and advised that I may not be able to arrive by the time the different drop-off location closed. I was tole "no problem, can drop it off anytime." No mention was made of a $20.00 fee for late drop-off at the time I picked up the trailer. Although it was in the "fine print," I was surprised and disappointed. Beware.

This location is an affiliate. They are not familiar at all with mobile check in. Truck was not found because it is stored behind a commercial business and requires a person to go get truck and drive it around to the front of their business. No items were in the truck, they had to be taken from some warehouse, no furniture dolly and I insist on a refund for thst charge. Hopefully I will not need to use that location again. When I called Uhaul Customer Service asking where the truck was located, the woman who was there asked me “who are you talking to, what is their name”. The rudeness was unacceptable. A man who works for the commercial business, Swainsboro Supply , was more helpful and professional, his name was Kason. The woman was absolutely unprofessional. Their comment to me regarding a Mobile Check in is that they never have customers use mobile check in! And there was absolutely no way for mobile check in for a 26' truck since it was held in a separate area. Overall unacceptable experience .

Was charged 32 dollars because I left the tank at 7/8th full. And 25 dollars for someone to spend 5 minutes sweeping the back of the truck. But people were nice at least. Not recommending U-Haul to anyone.

This was a disaster all around. I will never use u-haul again. The Athens North Ave location was unprofessional and lied to us multiple times. The best part was finding the moving helpers who helped us move the rest of our stuff that didn't fit into the boxes after we were told far too few. I would never recommend these to anyone.

People at dealer were excellent. U-Haul corporate needs to change its policy so that guarantee of a reservation can be made a week in advance and there is no question as to whether a truck will be available on the day and time required. Too much stress concerning this. I will probably hire a moving company next time only because of this issue.

The individuals who deal with the uhaul services need to get better educated on what uhaul offers. After being told by a uhaul representatives via phone on what to do they still questioned and tried to correct me on what services I bought. Uhaul representatives have been awesome in helping me resolve my situation.

I returned this truck with the EXACT amount of gas in it that was originally in the truck when I rented it. I was charged $38.50 + taxes EXTRA for a fuel charge and fuel. I do not agree with this at all. I have rented U-Haul trucks many, many times in the past and I usually return the trucks with more gas in them then originally and now I get charged because they said that I did not return the truck with the same amount of fuel in it (which I DID). I would greatly appreciate it, if someone would check into this for me. Very Unsatisfied customer!!!!! Sincerely, Carol J.
