Nice guys. The truck worked well plenty of power and got 10 mpg. Made the whole trip on 1 tank of gas.

CHERYL LThe sign for Sweet Cars LLC was really small. We saw the uhauls in the parking lot but we were lost on where to go to return. The parking lot is crowded because it's also a Napa Auto Parts Store and we were pulling a trailer so there wasn't anywhere to park out of the way while we figured it out. Once we talked to the man in charge he was very rude. Pretty much an asshole the whole time. I wouldn't recommend going here. A better sign for where to drop returns would be helpful.

Frank AI made reservations with this location. Right after I was contacted by a uhaul representative that My pick up location would be in Brainerd mn rather than Pine River. I called pine river to correct my pick up location or to cancel reservations. He said I could still pick it up there and uhaul frequently does this. This same thing happened at least 2 more times and I had to keep getting the pick up location corrected. The person I worked with in Pine River was very pleasant and helpful but everything would have went much smoother if uhaul didn't involve themselves once reservations were made. Why would they keep switching my pick up location to over an hour away from my home when I already had it set up near my home?.

Ricky HThis truck has a check engine light and runs poorly on acceleration Once cruising speeds are reached it was okay but I think it could have been better Even empty the truck accelerated poorly I know it is not a race car but think if repair was made it would be better for the user
Ross SThe time before this I dropped off a vehicle after hours. The key drop is on a post in the parking lot. My only comment is that it was hard to find. Might be helpful to state on the door where the key drop is. Otherwise, great experiences with this location.

Jake SMy trailer wasnt there and i had to drive 50 miles to another location and back... Then i got a call saying i need to return it to a place not on my contract and 30 miles out of my way. I didnt. I tried calling to fix the issue and after 15 minutes on hold, i was busy and had to hang up. The next time i called, the person that answered hung up within 3 seconds of the call connecting. In the end, i got overcharged for returning to my contracted location.

STEVE HThe step-in to the truck cab on the driver's side was very dirty; lots of sand. There were a few trash items under the seat, otherwise everything was fine. But I was disappointed I wasn't advised that any extra driving beyond the prescribed destination, which I did to pick up some furniture at an alternate location for my move, would cost me extra mileage money. It's probably in the small print, but I missed it and it ended up costing me another $108.92. Ouch!

Steven ZWe first checked to see how much of a notice was needed at Park Rapids Auto car. He said two weeks would be enough, and we offered to pay then he said it wasn’t necessary. I then went in on the 9 th of sept to reserve a trailer he didn’t have one at that time but would get a hold of Tom somebody and within a couple days would hear from him or U Haul and if I didn’t, call him. So the week of the 25th Monday I called to make sure he had a trailer he assured me it would be there. We came in on that Friday and basically said they didn’t have one, I talked to the young lady at the counter and she didn’t have any information on us, went back to the shop to talk with him twice and I asked her to have him come and talk to me, he didn’t. As I was leaving I saw the door was open to the shop and I said to him you promised me a trailer, his response was I didn’t promise you anything. So I called Go U Haul and the gentleman there found us one I Pine River 50 miles away. He asked me what price I was given and I said we found it on line for 453.00 but his price would probably be a little more, u haul said what ever was on line would be our price. The only thing I would be asking for would be for the 100 moles I had to go and time, and charge that back to your agent in Park Rapids, it would be a lesson learned. Thanks for your cooperation in this. Very pleased with your agent in Pine River. Please get back to me.
john oGuy was just... rude. Claimed he “wasn’t a Uhaul”?!? I was missing a piece of equipment I ordered (appliance lover) and the guy was an absolute jerk. Claimed he “had no idea” why I didn’t get the equipment I ordered and paid for- just snide and rude and unprofessional.

Dan WThe guy who I talked with there was not very friendly at all. He was very open about thinking that I (a 20-year-old) had no idea what I was doing and kept mentioning that "[I] better not break 'his' trailer." He also scratched my bumper when hooking the trailer up. It's a small scratch, but still, a scratch that shouldn't be there. Would not go to Sweet Cars LLC again.
