SCOTT MWe had no problem renting a U-Haul from this location, and it was much cheaper and easier than hiring movers!
BRANDY Dmaybe a short leaflet on what buttons do what....my little car is a non computerized compact. The Swift Mart owner had to show me how to make the key appear.... On the other hand, it's kind of self explanatory....i didn't damage it at all. (The Swift Mart owner looked a bit concerned, so i took it around the block ....quiet neighborhood....and then told him it was for practice. He looked happier after that.)
LIZBETH GThe van was dirty. We arrived shortly after 8. We couldn’t get into the box for keys bc it was frozen ( minus ten) My husband had to wait until it opened at 10

RONALD LHad a truck booked for 8am at Swift Mart in Dundas ON. Swift Mart informed me the night before that the previous customer would be late returning the truck and it was not available until 11:30am. 3.5 HOURS after my reserved time with no other trucks available on the area (according to swift Mart). UHaul calls me directly around 11 to ask if I would still be picking up my reserved truck which is when I found out that swift Mart made no notes to indicate the conversations they had with me delaying my truck. U-Haul customer service only said they would "start a file". So, the customer before me got the truck for an extra half a day, on my money! I was still expected to pay full price despite the delay throwing off THE ENTIRE MOVING DAY. The people I had lined up to help were no longer available by the time I was finally able to pick it up. I expect to be fully reimbursed.

Richard MThis location saved me, as my preferred pickup location informed me 16 hours before pickup that there were no trucks available....in Toronto! Completely unacceptable, incredibly awful customer service. People are counting on their reserved truck being ...reserved. if you have no intention of providing a reserved truck, that should be on the reservation form. Luckily, this location reserved a truck for me and my move was completed although it was 10 times more stressful than it needed to be

LOUIS LIt's pretty expensive per mile if you need to make two trips, which we did. The van had also been smoked in, which was gross if you are a non-smoker. The return process in the app does not indicate where to leave the keys. We had to go inside. Had the store not been open we would have had nowhere to leave the keys.

ROBERT PThe counter person was very good / helpful. I wasn't too pleased about having to take truck with less than minimum 1/4 tank as this added a trip for me. Don't even know if I was reimbursed properly for the amount of fuel I had to put in; not likely. Asked for 6 blankets only received 5; not big deal, but my rate should have been adjusted.

KENNETH DThe service that I received was very good. It seems that my order had been changed by U-Haul (from a 15' truck with a ramp, to a 10' with no ramp). For this move, the ramp was imperative. Fortunately, the store has a 15-footer available. Otherwise, I would have been very disappointed with U-Haul.
BLAIR CLocation was convenient. The admin was solid and accommodating. I would recommend the Dundas location again for sure.

Eric SThis location was great. The person at the store was very helpful and came out to greet us as we went through the mobile instructions. The mobile pickup process was awful. It wasn’t very intuitive and took too long. We waited close to 25 mins to be cleared so we ended up just going through the person at the store who wrapped it up in under 5 mins. The vehicle itself was well-maintained. However, I found an issue with the right side-view mirror. The bottom mirror, which I assume helps you look at your blind spot, was not adjustable and half of my view was the vehicle itself making it almost completely useless.

Dallas AAgain, this attendant was also very nice and helpful. Upon arrival I realized that I did not fill up the gas tank and he gave me a choice to go fill up or get charged a larger amount. Service like that is seldom found with other companies.

Kathryn LWindshield wiper fluid was not dispensing creating some dangerous visibility issues on a wet, salty and sunny winter day. Had to add more fluid and fiddle around with it. Finally got the driver side to work. Not the passenger. Made for not a great experience when driving on the highway.
