Have the reserved vehicle there when it is supposed to be. Agent couldn't even contact the driver of said vehicle. Moving took 3 times longer than it should have because of smaller vehicle. There should have been an offer of a discount of some sort. A vehicle offered at $19.95 for 1 day ends up costing over $56 for 14 km driven . Will neither use or recommend this service to any one.
