Joanne SImprove you app. I had issues with getting the key for the van. I had to call in and they had to give me another van
Yehuda BHave the reserved vehicle there when it is supposed to be. Agent couldn't even contact the driver of said vehicle. Moving took 3 times longer than it should have because of smaller vehicle. There should have been an offer of a discount of some sort. A vehicle offered at $19.95 for 1 day ends up costing over $56 for 14 km driven . Will neither use or recommend this service to any one.
