Dallas AAgain, this attendant was also very nice and helpful. Upon arrival I realized that I did not fill up the gas tank and he gave me a choice to go fill up or get charged a larger amount. Service like that is seldom found with other companies.

Kathryn LWindshield wiper fluid was not dispensing creating some dangerous visibility issues on a wet, salty and sunny winter day. Had to add more fluid and fiddle around with it. Finally got the driver side to work. Not the passenger. Made for not a great experience when driving on the highway.

Tom BI reached my U-Haul truck at 9am, wanting to use the online application servive to get my truck early and start moving. I was moving from Ontario to Montreal, so I was quite in a hurry. I learned at the site that the application can't be used and had to call for customer support. After spending 45 minutes on the line, the customer support person told me that I needed help from the person at Swift Mart and that nothing else can be done. Swift Mart opened at 10 am. The clerk arrived 15 minutes late at 10:15 am instead. By the time I got the truck it was 10:45 am. The truck was also full of water inside on the floor. When I drove the U-Haul in the rain to Montreal, my furniture (mattress, wooden furniture, sofar, etc.) and boxes were soaked. There is a leakage in that U-Haul truck. I am extremely upset and will not recommend U-Haul to my friends and family.

Duncan MI would recommend this specific location to friends and family. The owner is top shelf in his knowledge level and customer service. I’ll be a regular to his store for any and everything. He offers many great services and products and is super friendly. Great experience.

Ian EThis location is usually pretty good. Very nice. Checkin took way too long as there was only one person working. I arrived first and was asked to step to the side. There were 5 customers waiting at one point and he kept leaving to help them. When I rented the van, the passenger side door had trash in it, but upon checkout there wasn’t a section to post the picture. Driver side seat had dirt and dust on it.

Our move went as well as moves in rain go, I needed to extend my return by an hour and he was very accommodating. I will use this location in the future.

JOSHUAK DGreat location, fantastic pick up/drop off, the owner was great. The van seats were dirty and had hairs stuck to them [someone had a cat or dog] and garbage hadn't been cleaned out from the previous user. But mostly the hair is what brought the experience down. thanks!
Lisa AFuel level at pickup and drop-off should always be full. It is inconvenient picking it up on less than empty and tough to estimate how much to put in tank. It is the worst thing anout u-haul rentals

Prma RI’ve used the uHaul services at this location many times in the last few months and I’ve always been treated with respect and the operator has gone over expectations. I recommend this location over others in its proximity.
Carlo D1st their machine wouldn't accept my debit or credit card so I went to the bank gave a deposit and paid for the truck in cash before they let me take it, I returned to the truck hours earlier with less mileage than I had expected to use. I went there the next day to get my deposit back and not only are they not giving me my deposit back but I called head office Sept 8 2022 spoke with a lady there she emailed this location and almost 2 months later I've still never heard anything from them?!?! I would really like my 100 dollars back!! So unless you want to be robbed by this location strongly recommend you rent from anywhere but this store!!!! I did not use roadside assistance but I was not able to leave this review unless I checked off a Box in every single section so I have no comment on the roadside assistance
Karalyn DI had issues with the check out on my mobile process. It worked fine till it asked permission to find my position and then it would not do anything. The Gentleman at Swift Mart was a great help.
John NThe only issue I would have is not the location or the service- it's the TRUCK!! it ran well, good on gas, clean and comfortable.. BUT it was stripped down.. It's a GMC 10 foot cube van.. it had no.. power door locks, no power windows, no steering wheel controls, no power mirrors (possible to get on a truck), No power options! At least it had A/C and a radio.. that was about it.. If you're getting new vans ... please get something with at least some power options.. Thanks for considering my comment.
