Your digital experience needs work. I could not return the truck following the link th text gave me. It got stuck because it could not get my location. I had to download you app to get it to work.Keith W.
The self check in service is too unorganized time wise. Get in the truck..get out of the truck..take too many pictures (really where I park?). The location service took forever to link. The per mile charge is higher than competition. The cab of the truck was clean when I received..a 5 minute vacuum of the food in the passenger seat would suffice.Scott S.

Please verify that if a customer requested equipment rentals with a truck (such as a dolly) that the items are either provided in the vehicle or provided to the customer. I requested 2 dollys to assist in my move which I assumed were in the truck (as they've been when I've rented from other UHaul locations in the past). I didn't realize until later that my items weren't provided. This issue wasn't corrected when I returned my equipment and I was overcharged by $14. This isn't cool, but not enough for me to lose any sleep over, if you see this and can do something I'd appreciate a refund, if not, whatever.Joseph L.
I reserved online and put my driver's license picture in. The attended said she needed the back of liscence too. This was not true as it was "optional" She seemed more interested in reading her book in front of her than helping me. After the paperwork.. she pointed to a snow covered 10 foot box truck on the monitor and handed me the keys. What!? I had to ask for them to clear the truck off and bring it up the hill. This took 15mins. Once I got the truck, I noticed the back door was not properly closed. I noticed a yellow truck light , a warning light of some sort on the way back. Checking out I mentioned to a guy in one of the offices..he said it's nothing..a uhaul thing. I said you don't seem to care that when I saw the light that I was worried and stopped the truck.. he answered again it's not their problem. This was at 930am 12-7-19. Very poor.. I'm not sure how you can expect someone to fill up the tank exactly to 3/4 a tank or how you can penalize someone 1.7 gallons for literally a 15 mile trip. All seems rather arbitrary.Peter P.

I was guaranteed a 15 foot truck on like with a 50 dollar payback, but was called the day before I had to move and was offers a 10 foot truck. I accepted because I needed to move; however, I ended up needed the truck for another day because of the switch which cost me another 40 in rental, gas, and mileage. So what would have cost me 60 dollars or so ended up 150 ... and no 50 dollar discount????Zachary M.

I was originally set to pick up using my mobile phone, because I was going to be getting the van after hours when the location was closed. It's a good thing that I ended up getting there earlier, because this location doesn't actually allow pickup via mobile phone -- all the trucks are behind a locked gate. So, this should be updated when it comes to picking up using the ap. Otherwise somebody might show up at, say, 7 PM thinking they can get their truck and find it not available.Roy S.
Staff at location were great. Clean location and fast service. The Auto transport had a bent fender and the wheel scraped all the way from NH to MD. I could not get a replacement due to no availability and time crunch. Before leaving pick up location the lady at the desk said I would get some money back if I returned it early. I returned it the very next day and drop off location denied any credit back to me. Tried calling u-haul and was on wait over 25 mins. Ended up hanging up and writing this review.Carlos R.

staff is shaddy, did not disclose any charges prior then charged a bunch of extra fees that should not have been charged, argued about the delivery drop off time when we specifically talked to a U-haul employee and told them when we needed the truck by, said they were going to bill us an extra day anyway and then they billed my credit card on file when we asked them to bill the credit card we came in with (they said i couldn't change the card on file, but it wouldn't be a problem to pay on a different card) and then they charged the card on file anyway and they also billed the new credit card all these extra fees. Worst customer service of my LIFE! They tell you one thing and then say something completely different after and try saying "fine print" bullcrap! I will give you a bad rating on every single site known to man for your terrible service, shaddy business practices and all around lies through your teeth. Will never recommend to anyoneGina B.

Everything went very smoothly and by reserving and checking in online we picked up the van in a matter of minutes. The van was clean, and I greatly appreciated the back up camera in the rear view mirror! That was a new feature since the last time I rented a van/truck. I am not pleased with how much I was charged for fuel. I took photographs of the gas/odometer before I left and when I returned. I only traveled 35 miles total and was charged $42.50 for this. I was told that I used a quarter of a tank of gas, which my photographs will show is inaccurate. I have filed to contest these charges and am hoping for a partial refund for the gasoline charges.Katherine L.

Representative did not match the dÃ©cor, he was professional, & dry not good for a front counter person, it was like talking to a wall,..no feed back and I was very upset arriving to this office. I was directed from Northwest off of Amherst Street Nashua, to go here for a 15' after finding out U-Haul texted a land line phone and being told they did not have the 26' truck unless I went to Lowell Mass., to p/up. Synergy representative, although not responsible, could of been more sympathetic,. considering he is representing the U-Haul company at the front desk, and sometimes people who are moving their life are not having a good experience with it....all heck happens no matter how you plan a move he should realize this and be more responsive than a wet dishrag.Liz L.

We had a problem checking in because the Uhaul mobile app prevented the salesman from doing it for me because I had clicked on the app and started the process, and the app prevented me from checking in because we got stuck on the referral person. The salesman had to cancel the whole thing and start over to complete the process.Holly M.
